Answer:

No! Any form of sexual contact, to take place between married couples. Where the scripture says, between a man and a woman!

The fact that someone has the orientation and desires, makes them still not justified in the word of God to have sexual activity with someone of their own gender, even if they are "married" according to Norwegian law.

Nonetheless, the real truth: the Bible condemns homosexuality as sin! Let's see what the Bible says:

• 3 Genesis 6:22 p.m.: "With a man should not lie as he lieth with a woman: it is abomination."
• 3 Genesis 8:13 p.m.: "When a man lies with another man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done an abominable act, they should be put to death, their blood shall be upon them!"

Homosexuality is clearly condemned in the Bible. It is against God's created the arrangements for us. He created Adam and then he created a woman. It is what God has ordained and it is what is right.
