Nr. 26: Sin against the Holy Spirit.

Nr. 26:

Sin against the Holy Spirit.

From my commentaries Hebrews 10 26 Sins we willfully after we have learned the truth, then there is no longer any sacrifice for sins.

What is sin, the one that will not accept Jesus and some of the Jews would return to the law after they had recognized Jesus as savior. Thus it was no longer there salvation to be as they stood outside of grace. If one tries to keep parts of the law does not help either to God. Adventists claim that one must keep the Sabbath and matforskriftene as part of salvation, this is heresy and equally disgusting to the Lord as living in blatant sin.

27 Terrible is what we have in store: Judgement and God's burning fire that will consume those who resist him.

God's Word stands firm and does not change, and the verdict belongs to the Lord.
Joshua 1 18 Every one that sits up against you and disobeyed your commands, whatever you command him, he will die. Only be strong and courageous! "

28 If someone rejects the law of Moses, he meets no mercy, but to die in two or three witnesses.

Mosaic law was fair and it was good. It also shows us how God views sin, injustice and haughtiness. He judges the same way that its origin Satan.

29 How much more severe punishment do you think does not it deserve to have violated the Son of God under foot, profaned the blood covenant that he has been sanctified by, and blasphemed the Spirit of grace?

This here is a strange word for today's Christians. But God hates sin as much in the Old Testament as the NT. When someone turns away from Christ taunt one Spirit of grace. Have a first learned to know Christ as we read in James. 4. 5 Or do you think there are empty words when Scripture says: With holy zeal, God requires the spirit he has made to dwell in us.
Who sins against the Holy Spirit and mocks the Spirit of grace?
Those who turn away from Christ, having come to know him!
Who can be forgiven for having insulted the Spirit of grace and sin against the Holy Spirit?
Who can be forgiven for having committed adultery, had an evil eye, maligned, lied even more?
All who turn to Christ before moving out of the time will receive 100% cleansing and forgiveness. What matters is whether a convert to Christ and is related to him. Christ forgives all sins only turn to him!

30 For we know him who said: "The punishment is mine, I will repay." And further: "The Lord shall judge his people."

But now that we have gone into the depths of Hebrews, there are many important lessons to take with them. These here were people who once knew Jesus and believed in the free grace in Christ. But returning to Judaism or part of the law. They took it as far away from God as thieves, murderers, adulterers, slanderers, and others who lived in sin.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God!

Who is this act for? It is terrible to fall into the hands of the living God!
It is said of people who turned away from Christ, having first come to know him. And it was not known as major sins they did, but they kept the law or part of the law. We also have such spiritual direction like this in Norway as Adventists, some Lutheran, and others who want to keep the law or part of the law. How does God feel about these? With disgust and he will not acknowledge them. Then if one will observe the law or part of the law as a believer.
Gal. 5. 4 You will be right with God by the law, is separated from Christ, ye are fallen from grace.

32 But now think back on the first time, then you got light and then kept out of the suffering you had to contend with.

The church in Jerusalem had once been persecuted by the people and those who brought the teachings as they were about to return to live and faith. Why would they look back on their past experiences and understand that it was and is a deep spiritual conflict between Judaism (read Act) and Christians (read the free grace in Christ).

33 Soon you were insulted and harassed the sight of men, soon did you common cause with others who had to undergo the same.

We have such good source material here when we have Acts in the Bible. It tells us that the early Christians suffered great losses and were pursued by the contemporary spiritual leaders in Israel. But it was and is primarily a spiritual conflict in which Jews basically serve Satan until they repent and believe in Christ, when they become the servants of God and God's children. How is it with all people. Either is a saved and born again and serving God and Christ. Or a living away from God and Jesus, and Satan's servants. If one is a religious man, or living in blatant sin, it is as far from God some one is not saved and born again!
Joh. e. 14 6 Jesus says: "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

34 You suffered with them sitting in jail, and found you with joy that you had, was stolen from you. You knew that you own something that is better and lasting.

There is still the source material to make this claim in Acts that they had to withstand strong persecution and resistance but they counted it a joy and honor.
Acts 5. 40 and called back the apostles, who were beaten and were forbidden to speak in the name of Jesus. So they let them go. 41 They left the Council and rejoiced that they were found worthy to be dishonored for Jesus' sake.

35 Do not dispose of your courage! For it provides great reward.

What courage is not to throw away and take care of?

v. 19 So can we, brethren, by virtue of the blood of Jesus boldly enter into the sanctuary.

The courage we have in Jesus' blood to get understand our Father and God will never throw away but use daily and several times a day, both alone and together with other believers.

36 You need endurance, so you can do God's will and gain what is promised.

They had seen signs, wonders and miracles. Souls were saved, delivered and demon-possessed had come in freedom. But now it was about to do to get discouraged, turn their eyes towards Jesus again and not perish. When they needed stamina and get the focus on Jesus and him alone.

37 For yet only a short while,
he comes to come,
and he will not tarry.

There are times that things feel like an eternity when it still is a matter of moments. Emotional life and our subjective experience will deceive us and cause us to lose faith, hope and focus on Jesus.
5. Genesis 28 65b. There the LORD will give you a trembling heart, failing eyes, and a discouraged soul. 66 Your life shall hang by a thread. Day and night you live in fear and never be safe for your life. 67 In the morning you shall say: "If only it were evening!" And in the evening: "If only it were morning!" How anxious you feel in your heart, and so terrible is that you will see.
The consequences of sin and disobedience is always the same!

38 My righteous shall live by faith, but he pulls back, I have no pleasure in him.

It needed the faith again. We meet in the next chapter a whole chapter on faith and the various religious heroes of the Old Testament and we will dwell there with the faith through the whole chapter.

39 But we are not of them who draw back and perish, we are of those who believe and save our souls.

The choice is ours. The responsibility is ours. God has no favorites and no one sees him down. All the places we like and suffer the costs and we should not reach, we can only give a person the blame for it: one yourself!

From my commentaries Mark 3 22 And the scribes who had come from Jerusalem, said: "He is obsessed Beelsebul! It is with the help of the ruler of the demons that he drives the demons out! "

The scribes knew better then and they also know best today. They said that Jesus was possessed by Beelsebul, he was full of hatred and lies. To always think the religious who truly do not know the God of Israel is the only true God.

23 Then he called them and spoke to them in parables: "How can Satan cast out Satan?

Jesus turned to their senses, mind and spirit. Will Satan, who is evil to do good works? It was his goal from tomorrow morning to occupy and possess people. Should he run itself out?

24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom can not stand,

In the kingdom of God is the principle of subordination. So it is in Satan's kingdom. Satan as the chief, chieftain, the bad and who operates under many other names. During the all his demons are fallen angels.

25 and about a house divided against itself, that house can not stand.

Satan has been around longer than humans. Even in his kingdom are the principles that are followed in order that he could carry out their evil deeds. In some criminal gangs that are doing evil things, there are some that stand above others. Even in the realm of evil and the evil man's environment are the principles that they follow God's principles.

26 If Satan stood up against himself and has come in conflict with himself, he can not stand. When it's over with him.

They should understand that Jesus had taken over Satan's role as one of his but did the same as a prophet before he and God were comfortable in. Then did Satan's days were numbered.

27 But no one can enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong. Then he can rob his house.

This verse, I think can be seen in several ways. When we are in prayer and devotion go before God with our lives, we will prevail in the open only when we are dealing with the problems and challenges. It also aims to Jesus' victory on Calvary!

28 Verily I say unto you, All will be forgiven for both sin and shame, much as they mock.

How great is God's grace? Infinitely large, extensive and comprehensive. Jesus died for all sins for all time. Rom.5. 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, that Christ died for us while we were yet sinners.

29 But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, will never forgiveness, but is guilty of eternal sin. "

Here is one of the most misinterpreted and inaccurately interpreted passages in the whole word of God.

There were many who claimed, particularly among the leadership in Israel that Jesus was possessed. They denied, in other words, Jesus as Messiah and Son of God. With such a setting are guilty of an eternal sin. As long as one goes with such an attitude and opinion is lost forever. There is something not even the Spirit of God can be to try and do something. To blaspheme the Holy Spirit is not wanted or have the desire to repent, and hold on to sin and will not repent. When is a debt of eternal sin. Just think of Judas and Peter, both betrayed Jesus, Peter and two m. by cursing and swearing that he knew Jesus. Had Judas repented before he put the noose around his neck he had been forgiven. And did not Peter repented, he had been lost forever.

We can be forgiven for absolutely any kind of sin no matter how ugly and serious it is if one repents and asks for mercy and forgiveness. There must be repentance and recognition of, everything is possible with God, God's word teaches us.

30 This he said because they had said: "He is possessed by an unclean spirit."

But they go with the attitude of Jesus, He is possessed by an unclean spirit.

But if they repent, regardless of what sin is forgiveness and grace to get. Even many who once stood against Jesus, saying such things about him that he was from Satan, full of hatred and lies were saved and received the grace of God.

Ap.gj.6. 7 God's word came more and more, and the number of disciples in Jerusalem increased greatly. Also a large flock of priests became obedient to the faith.

But forgiveness is linked to repentance. A remarriage believers will not be forgiven until he runs out of the relationship and a homosexual would not be forgiven until he repents. But when one repents and asks for mercy, the mercy to all sinners and sin. But it must happen in this life or is it too late (end of quote).

Actually, this is very simple and severe, briefly explained: Pity the DHA is to see what is right but refused to follow the light. Should not the person "returns for" the light he has received, it will be the same as shutting down DHA out. There are many examples of it in Scripture. Quote from Thorstein Long Sæter Value debate in our country.

Acts 5. is a classic example of the sin against the Holy Spirit:

v. 1 But a man named Ananias and his wife Sapphira, sold a property, 2 and he put aside any of your money with his wife's knowledge, and carried out a part and leave it at the apostles' feet. 3 Then Peter said, Ananias! why has Satan filled your heart that you would lie to the Holy Spirit and put aside any of the money for the field? 4 Was it not yours as long as you had it, and it was not in your power when it was sold? Why have you made you this deed be in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God. 5 When Ananias heard these words, he fell and gave up the ghost. And great fear came upon all who heard it, 6, and the young men stood up and put him straight and carried him out and buried him. 7 So it went about three hours; when his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. 8 Peter said to said to her: Tell me: Was it for this price I sold the field? She said: Yes, for this price. 9 Then Peter said to her: Why are however agreed to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? Behold, the feet that have buried your husband are at the door, and they shall bear thee out. 10 And immediately she fell on to his feet and gave up the ghost, and when the young men came in, they found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her with her husband. 11 And great fear came upon the whole church and upon all who heard it.

Note the following, it is to sin against the Spirit is to sin against God. We read in v. 3 Then Peter said, Ananias! why has Satan filled your heart that you would lie to the Holy Spirit and put aside any of the money for the field?
It was Ananias accused of something he had done by lying regarding a sale of property when he wanted to keep something for ourselves and pretended that he had given the entire amount that he therefore had not done, and the love of money meant that he sinned against the Spirit. We read in v. 4 b You have not lied to men but to God.
Home of Peter stated that has lied to God and lying to the Spirit is the same as lying to God. There is no difference in it.

What is it to lie against the Spirit? It is to be God and God's call received. Jesus said it himself in John. e. 6

v. 63 It is the Spirit who gives life, the flesh does not profit, the words which I have spoken unto you are spirit and life. 64 But there are any of you who do not believe. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who it was that should betray him. 65 And he said: That's why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.

Judah was God's call against and sinning against the Holy Spirit. And Jesus asked him why he fails to the Son of Man with a kiss. It's the same thing to sin against Jesus and the Father. This is something that unfortunately everyone does sooner or later, but there is forgiveness for this when we read that we share an eternal sin? Yes, everything we have forgiven, if we will repent and not become hardened in our hearts. Jesus has taken it all on himself at Calvary, including sinning against his Father's Spirit.

This is from my commentaries Hebrews 9 11 But Christ came as high priest of the good things that we now have. He has gone through the tent that is bigger and more perfect, and that is not made by human hand, ie: not things of this created world.

Jesus went into the original temple in heaven. This he did shortly after the resurrection. When the tent is larger and more perfect, and that is not made by human hand, ie: not things of this created world.

12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood he entered the sanctuary once and for all, and thus he won an eternal redemption.

The blood of goats and calves had since Moses until Jesus was sacrificed from the millions of animals. It had given a temporary forbearance of God.
In the basic text and 1930 translation is not that he won. Men: 12 and not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood, once into the holy place and found an eternal redemption. We can confirm that he found.

13 Indeed, it is so that the blood of goats and bulls make holy and pure in appearance, as water with the ashes of a heifer, when it is sprinkled on those who are unclean.

It gave a temporary forbearance of God, as he waited to send his own Son as a perfect and without blemish sacrifice is what God's word says. But Jesus is an insult to God to sacrifice whatever for the old covenant.

14 How much more shall the blood of Christ does not cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God. Christ has the virtue of the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish as a sacrifice to God.

Note the wording: How much more, and other places say the authors how much better and so Jesus is both much more than everything that was brought to God by the Old Covenant sacrifices and he is infinitely better when he is a perfect and without blemish sacrifice that God the Father himself has acknowledged and approved (end of quote).

Notice that Jesus offered Himself up as a perpetual victim, to mean that Jesus' sacrificial blood takes away the sin - sin - when one comes to him.

The strangest interpretations.

The issuance is based on the difference to sin against Jesus and the Spirit. The next is that if a banner and rubs Jesus, then there is forgiveness and receive. A walk out on if one is talking bad about Jesus, so one can be forgiven. If one speaks ill of the Lord's witnesses can perhaps be forgiven, especially if one gives them money afterwards. All of this is to create division and manipulation when one understands the writing errors and do not practice it right.

The Pharisees were against God's call, some of them said that Jesus was demon possessed. But all these sins were many of them forgiven? It says that many of the priests and others obey your faith.

Acts 6. 7 And the word of God made progress and the number of disciples in Jerusalem increased greatly, and a large amount of the priests were obedient to the faith.

Why they came to Jesus - those who had sinned against the Spirit? Yes, if one repents, then get a forgiveness no matter what he has done, just repent and ask forgiveness.

Conclusion:

Sin against the Spirit is to be God's call received or when one knows and knows that God works and discard it, swear at it or what else one would do.
But all of this, regardless of the past, there is the perfect cleansing, forgiveness and healing for in Christ Jesus.

1. Joh. b. 1 7 But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and Jesus Christ his Son's blood to cleanse us from all sin.

This is the Bible's wonderful and lovely message.
There are pastors, ordinary church members and I do not know, but they curse me attach my opinions and hold on. Some say t.o.m. I am a misleading and many other things. Yes, they are entitled to it if I'm not in line with the Bible, but in the opposite case it will say that it is to stand against God when you do not want to obey the scriptural words. It also says Jesus, that they reject you as they reject me. And Jesus said it himself that if they rejected him, then rejected the Father. But what the teacher writing more? That this is the forgiveness, if you wish, realize it and repent from all this.

I have written on more, bl. a. "Pastor" Jan Hanvold, but if he repents, there is hope. Today he lives in sin, like so many others do. I do not know his heart, or someone else's hearts. But I know, even those who live in the worst acting and the worst humbug, there is forgiveness. All in Christ Jesus, just a do as the prodigal son. Coming to himself, repent and go to the Father in the name of Jesus with all their sins, to repent and live longer in sin. Hanvod for example, can not confess his sin without repenting too, now he sins against the Holy Spirit every day because he lives in sin! It does all that have repented and sought the Lord again!

What's become of Mary and Stephan from Sweden who pointed out that the remarriage, etc. The more they were no longer accepted on the channel to Hanvold and there are several who have been dismissed because they would not submit to his teachings. Such things can we as Christians do not vouch for, scripture says with clear words that in the last days it shall come teachers who claws people in the ears with a proclamation that calls for real and radical conversion from whoredoms, polygamy, remarriage, which abound from among those who call themselves preachers. Once, when preachers are so blind and will lead others, they lead astray, and the herd can be very misleading and the whole church is thus in danger of losing the lampstand that Revelation speaks of the church in Sardis (I think it is). It is a very serious situation that we must do everything to avoid. If you live in this, immediately go to the Lord with your life and take a proper settlement of all the humbug that the devil has fooled you into and make up so that God's Spirit can work in and through you.

Whatever the cost, life here on earth is so short, confront, and you have heaven in wait and a life with Christ here on earth.
