When they come with e.g. that I have washed the car as something negative.
Then there is actually personal persecution when others are allowed to wash the car, but when I do, there is a basis for service prosecution!
I stood with others, for me this is once again proof that Unibuss engages in discrimination, personal persecution and discrimination!
 
When they come with me playing on the radio, as something reprehensible.
Then it is really personal persecution when others are allowed to do the same.
That some customers complain is not an objective truth, something my lawyer pointed out already in 2017.

Everything that Unibuss brings with it from accusations is also of a trivial nature.

I only want to do one thing, fight for redress and keep the job.

I do not mind Muslims or others, but it is sad that the Christian and the Christian message are so repressed in today's Norway that I have been fired for playing Christian radio programs with muted sound where someone has come up with false accusations. That I play with a loud sound.
I lost the case against Jan Aage Torp when he also made false accusations.

On Friday 6 November 2020, a discussion meeting was held in accordance with the Working Environment Act § 15-1 between Unibuss AS and Jan Kåre Christensen

The background for the meeting was, as it appeared in the notice of 27.10.20, that there had been a new customer complaint of 14.09.20. The meeting was held via Teams and minutes are exchanged via email at the end of the meeting and are therefore signed electronically.

The complaint has come despite previous history such as contains a warning of 10.06.20 for the same condition. Unibuss has been of the opinion that Christensen's behavior shows that he neither can nor will change his behavior.

In response to this, Christensen has in an email to Bing of 29.10.20, among other things. expressed the following:

- "I do not like loud radio, do not play loud radio, it is solely your claims"
- "What a lie, there you are who can not change your behavior as you just keep bullying and lying both to and about me."
- "The accusations you have against me are also trivial, and you inflate it as something very"
- "You lie constantly, distort the truth and only make really trivial matters into something very.
You can not change, not me.
What should I change? Mention it specifically.
I can say what you need to change, but you do not want to. "


The employer asked if Christensen stood by these statements.

Christensen regrets that the e-mail was somewhat sharply worded, but points out that it must be seen in a larger context where a lot of frustration has built up. Christensen has not played higher than he did when he had Peric with him while driving in June. Christensen wants to get on a more constructive track.

Christensen says that lately he has thought a lot about why he gets complaints. He finds the meeting with the customers challenging, and feels that he loses no matter what he does. He has drawn the conclusion that he must try to handle the situation in another way, and will in the future turn off the radio if someone reacts negatively. He will continue to listen to the same volume that he and Peric agreed on in June.

The employer emphasizes that no one has asked him to turn off the radio, but that he is expected to behave decently.

Christensen asks for a clarification of what the employer means by decent, and asks for more specific instructions on what he should do differently. This with volume on the radio, he says that he has complied with since he received specific instructions in June.

The employer reads out statements from the blog to substantiate that they do not trust that Christensen, with the "attitudes" he expresses, has a will to improve. When asked, the employer denies that Christensen's attitudes or the content of the blog are the basis for convening a discussion meeting.

Christensen suggests that Unibuss should feel free to do unannounced spot checks to verify that he is telling the truth when he says that he does not listen to higher volumes than they agreed on in June. Alternatively, Unibuss "seals" the radio so that it is not possible to listen at higher volumes. He has been in contact with a workshop that says it is possible to do.

The employer then asked if there were special social factors Christensen thought should be important for the employer's assessment. Christensen, apart from age, had no special social circumstances to state

For the employer's part, it appears as if Christensen with a "constructive clue" believes that the employer should meet him, and accept his perception of reality. It appears to be noticeable that Christensen expresses that he has changed attitudes between 29.10.20 and today's meeting, without being able to say anything concrete about when and how this has happened.


Addition, it says here:
The employer then asked if there were special social factors Christensen thought should be important for the employer's assessment.

Yes, I am on sick leave as my experience is that Unibuss bullies, harass and discriminate r meg.
My experience of how Unibuss handles the case is anything but good and professional.
What you think should be mentioned, I will leave up to you.
But I have an ambivalent and strained relationship with Unibuss and the management.
They probably have the same thing and clearly state that I am a bad bus driver who is unable to treat customers. That I have now realized and are trying to change this, they do directly the opposite of what a good management should do. It is to praise and encourage, but they are constantly trying to just put me in the worst possible light.

Furthermore, it says:

Christensen has a very jovial demeanor, with both charismatic and outgoing features. This combined with his contemporary Karl-Marx beard makes him easily get in touch with people. We can not exclusively that contact-seeking people, and there are many of them on the bus lines that operate Oslo Inner City, have started a basically cheerful passenger who has gotten out of control due to. disagreement about, yes religion or politics. I have a whole register of such cases hidden behind the forehead.
 
This is a practice I do not recommend. 25 years of experience with Unibuss is that you maintain a dialogue with the public, or customers as they are correctly called tramway routes to an absolute minimum. Absolute minimum.

It's almost like feeding a hungry dog ​​who has an illness. It's a game of chance. Suddenly it bites as you want to help.
Then it is much better that I have decided to do in the future if customers complain.
Switch to another channel or switch off completely.

I seriously believe that PBE is behaving towards us completely uncontrollably, irrationally and directly hatefully
One who has looked at what PBE is doing, writes the following:

PBE makes mistakes on mistakes and we who only need a small dispensation at the far end of Oslo city, where Østmarka is the nearest neighbor.
We are treated in the hardest possible way with fines, orders and threats.
It's really bad, rigid and totally pointless.

What is also sad is that when they make a mistake, they ask for forgiveness and receive it.
While when we do the same, even if it is indirectly their fault for guiding us wrong. Then we are met with harshness, threats and what is worse.
Is it possible? Yes, PBE has that standard.
We also asked a lawyer we asked to be able to help us if we got his fee covered through the insurance, which we did not get. Then both he and we asked, he does not get involved anymore as he is not working on the case.

Scripture speaks of merging with the word, the word of God.
We blend in with the heresy as well, therefore we become part and one with the preachers / singers / communicators we listen to.
This also applies to singers / praise singers / communicators we enclose and take part in.

The saying goes.
"Tell me who you associate with, and I'll tell you who you are," is an ancient saying. It is said to have originated from a Greek sage who lived more than 400 years before Christ. It comes in different varieties. But for the most part, it probably means the same thing all the time.

What I focus on is the preaching and the preachers / singers / shepherds / elders we take part in, they will influence us in one direction or another. Our leaders who have a "platform" service.

Sthe cancer says in short the following. A preacher who teaches and lives right.
Who is a vessel to glory, for God.
Affects others, especially other believers positively.

2 Cor. 2. 15 For we are the fragrance of Christ in God, among those who are being saved, and among those who perish, 16 for these a fragrance of death to death, for them a fragrance of life to life. And who is capable of this? 17 For we are not, as many are, so that we falsify the word of God for our own gain; but as in purity, even as of God, we speak before God in Christ.

While a preacher / singer / leader who lives against the will of God, who is not a vessel of honor. He influences the sheep in a negative direction.
The result is that some believers become a vessel of honor, while others do not.
I believe that all preachers and singers who are remarried as believers are on the verge of perdition, we must believe the words of the Bible. But the sheep that stand with these preachers and shepherds, if they perish. I dare not say that, but their life's work is about to "burn up", and they will not receive full pay.
By opening up to sin in the church, there are only negative consequences and it leads wrong.

There are some things that I think many Christians will not understand.
That the world means a lot of nice things, I live well with that.
But that Christians do not see this, that we who stand in the pulpit or in public before Jesus and God.
Then we are "subject" to God and Jesus with our lives, our words, yes absolutely everything.
We do not stand up on our behalf, but as his representatives.

Scripture says.

The basic text states that we are ambassadors for Christ.
What then is an ambassador?
It is an envoy for a state or Government / King.

As I see it, and understand the word of God.
Then it is absolutely necessary for a preacher, singer or pastor in the church of God. It is that he / she has the right and necessary qualifications in all areas of his / her life.

There are always those who say to me, are you so flawless, are you so much better etc.
No, I'm sure in many ways worse than these.

This does not cost me a calorie. Have opened my eyes to being jovial and accommodating, as I have been. This is probably not the best way to meet people who do not like Christian radio broadcasts.
Then it's better to do as I want now, it's turn off or switch to a profane and worldly radio channel!

HR Manager Per Christian Bing hardly opened his mouth, but Lawyer Johannes Straume chatted, got annoyed, asked the same questions 10 times and did everything he could to put me in the worst possible light, not good at all!
While Advokat Josefine Wærstad stood out as gentle, solution-oriented and stuck to the case, Advokat Straume responded time and time again to his great annoyance, frustration, anger, and disappointment!
It creaked loudly from him while Bing was abnormally quiet!

Now I expect to get an answer within 14 days, whether the answer is uncertain!
Should they want to dismiss me, I hope and believe that we will avoid trial as it is quite obvious that it is not good for any parties to be in conflict for as long as we have done!
The final package and that I can find a new job must be the best for all parties, right?

Now we have to wait and see what lawyer Johannes Straume and HR manager Per Christian Bing bring!

I would also like to emphasize in the end that over the years I have had a good number of instructors and others from Unibuss with drivers and others on the bus.
Not a single one of them has ever commented on my radio play.
I most recently asked instructor Elin Anmarkrud Uthushagen who is also a believer, if she has ever heard me play loud on the radio as she has been on the bus with me several times.
No, never, I do not even think about it. It goes without saying that Unibus' own employees, whom I trust and are much more credible to me than customers / passengers.
They have nothing to complain about me except that some passengers can not stand Christian radio programs.
Since I lost in the Discrimination Tribunal, I then have to change myself even though I thought that this is discrimination against me as a Christian and believer!
Scripture says the following:

1 Pet. 4. 12 Beloved! do not marvel at that fire who comes upon you for trial, as if something strange had happened to you; 13 But inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings, ye shall rejoice, that ye also may rejoice in the revelation of his glory. 14 If you are mocked in the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. 15 For none of you shall suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as a doer, or as a meddler in other people's affairs; 16 but if he suffers as a Christian, then he should not be ashamed, but praise God for this name.

That Muslims and others can play on the radio they want, and I may have to turn it off. It is just something one must reckon with as a Christian, to be treated badly and unfairly.
Then one must be positive, and praise God for it all!
After all, Muslims and others never hear anything like that. No Muslim has been prosecuted for playing Muslim radio programs. It's just me as a Christian, who is "free game!"
