Satan is working today, not in the lake of fire!
Satan was not created. The name means adversary. God did not create an opponent. But one of God's creatures was an opponent. Satan was perhaps the greatest of God's creatures again. He is described as a brilliant and protective cherub (Ezekiel 28:14), as the morning star, son of the morning, (Isaiah 14:12). There was not anything to pinpoint before he began to have serious thoughts about themselves. "I will ascend above the highest heavens and be like the Most High."
The term morning star is a translation of the Hebrew word helel, which means "the shining" or "the glorious"; Lucifer in Latin. This is really a beautiful name, but it has gotten a bad content just like the name Judas. The text of the talk about a pure egoist. He petitioned even like God. He was Satan, the adversary. He was not created that way. It was his own choice, it looks like 1 \ 3 of the angels followed him in the fall.
How does Satan today? First and foremost, through the evil spiritual powers and the fallen angels, he manages and is the leader and stays hidden in the background.
• 1 Tim.4.1 Seductive spirit - a spirit that seduces us from the truth about God and draws us away from God.
• 1 Joh. 4.6 error spirit - a spirit that leads us astray, and put the truth of the doubt and creates confusion.
• 1 Joh. 4.3 antichrist spirit - a spirit that was in John's time, and that will manifest itself in the world today as a person.
• Mark.1.23 Unclean spirit - a spirit of impurity, which often come at sexual impurity.
• Åp.16.13-14 Demonic spirits, working miracles - spirits, working miracles and wonders to deceive people.
• Luk.13.11 Impotence and disease spirits - spirits that keep people in the powerlessness of diseases.
• Apg.16.16 divination spirits - spirits who see the future and thus can render time, and as we find in fortune teller / men, healing, mind wandering, etc.
• Hos.5.4 Fornication spirit - a spirit of fornication and adultery, which seduces through sexuality.
• 2.krøn.18.21 lying spirit - a spirit of falsehood, who betray and lie.
This was only a cattle crawl. So what is my point? Yes, that when one talks about such hell, Satan, demons, fallen angels and other things that are negative, so this is where they get real. When it ceases, and God creates a new heaven and a new earth, when their time over. Then they were already burned up in the lake of fire and all of the Fall follows is gone. Therefore, it is here and now we fight against evil åndehær, not later, but NOW!

So it is that Paul skips from the human and natural part of the spiritual. But all these things together. God's Word encourages us to be strong and be overcome. There we are by being obedient to God's original his words and put his mighty power. Even in the Old Testament was the mighty promises of being obedient as we find such in 5 Numbers 28, how much more in the new covenant!
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may stand against the devil's insidious attacks.
Here we put on God's armor. What it is, and will include in the next verses. We should not just put on some parts of the armor, but the whole armor. But there are so many believers who never come out or go out in the spiritual battle that this is something they can not completely relate to. It is only when one has been in battles that understand how important and vital this is. Have you been in battle and suffer defeat, so will do everything we can to not suffer defeat in the next fight!
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this darkness, against spiritual wickedness in high skies.
The real opponents are demons who are under the direction of the Devil. There are evil spirits of different orders of magnitude and positions. The demonic world rulers who operate in this darkness that the world is in. It is a struggle against "spiritual wickedness in high heavens". That is, they belong to the spirit world, and thus the grisly dangerous and insidious. Satan appears in many different ways, both as an angel of light (2 Cor 11.14) and as a roaring lion (1 Pet 5.8). He is most dangerous when he appears as an angel of light, disguised as a messenger of the gospel.
God's word says about the last days: "But the Spirit is saying, in clear words that in coming times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. It happens at the hypocrisy of false teachers, who are burning brand in his own conscience, "1 Tim 4.1 to 2. P. The doctrine has thus its origin in evil spirits and heresies are affected by, or under the influence of evil spirits. Therefore we can say that there is a fight against people, in and of itself, but the devil and evil spirits are using or abusing people in their struggle against God and Christians.
God's word does not deny that we have a sinister opponent with terrifying evil spirits will do everything possible to deceive God's children. But we know that Jesus disarmed the evil spirits when he defeated at Calvary (Colossians 2.15). Although the devil and his åndehær is defeated, it is not the sentence executed yet. Therefore, they are still a time to seduce and tempt us humans, but the verdict on them is already passed.
But there are also various spiritual powers we face. We can share them.
1) powers and authorities.
2) The world rulers of this darkness.
3) spiritual wickedness in high skies.
Here we meet three different areas of the enemy armies that will fight and disturb us. Two of the secret to victory is to know ourselves and our own impact. And know the enemy and his capabilities.
1) Here we meet the people "Face to Face." Why will not the media and everything else to write and relate factual and objective for us believers and objectively? Satan is behind.
2) There is a Spirit that the Bible describes Satan as the Spirit Antichrist's Spirit, the Spirit which is in disobedience to act and govern in this world. The opposite of God's Spirit, we can say.
3) Here are the demons and the fallen angels. Demons are like "little" men of the 1 \ 2 m if one were to see them visible to the eye. The fallen angels are the demons again and can even multiply, we read in 1 Genesis 6 The assumption has fairly helped to rule this world before in conjunction with Lucifer. We read several places in scripture that demons infiltrate and occupied people. While the fallen angels went so far as to have intercourse with women and had children with them, they had opportunities to reproduce. But they are spiritual beings who can be both visible and invisible to the soft eye!
1. Genesis 6 4 At the time, and since too, there were giants on the earth. For god's sons lived with the daughters of men and had children with them. It was the mighty men of old, the renowned.
Man gives birth to girls fighting, they are the Son of God has other genetic conditions that are stronger and different than the people after the fall.

Where felled Hushathite of Shoo-kin a man named Saf, and was a descendant of Rapha. 19 Again it came to battle with the Philistines at Gob. Elhanan the son of Ja'are-Orgim of Bethlehem, killed when Goliath of Gath, who had a spear shaft as thick as a weaver's beam. 20 Since it came to the battle at Gath. There was a huge man who had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, twenty-four fingers and toes in all. He also heard of Rafa's husband. 21 The man taunted Israel. But Jonathan, the son of David's brother Shimeah, beat him to death. 22 These four belonged to Rafa family in Gath. David and his men killed them.

It is only at the end of the great tribulation that these spiritual dimensions will reveal his true self to all people. Until then, we are their biggest rivals and they are our hardest and biggest opponents. But Jeus have defeated them on the cross once and for all. There are good and reassuring to know.

Satan and demons had the better of our lives. We were in darkness and thrived in the dark and was Satan's property. But they were disarmed and put forward as liars, prosecutors and without real power. Satan and the demon had been plundered long and thorough NOK. But not anymore, now they were defeated. The victory is complete. God the Father is satisfied through Jesus' work at Calvary. We have sins forgiven and God can take us to the grace and adopt us into his family as his own children. And Satan and the demon has no real power anymore, they are living on borrowed time! Jesus resetting of the law for us believers. It does not long for us, just grace in Christ Jesus.
13 Take therefore the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and remain standing after having won it all.
Therefore urges the apostle believers to take God's armor so they can resist in the evil day (v. 13). The days are different. Some days we look back with joy, others will like to forget. The days to come, we know nothing about, but experience shows that some will be good and some bad. We should note that the Devil is a strategist and is often a day when we feel everything is hard and heavy, when he comes by his cunning and temptation to try to cause us to sin.
Particularly bad day for God's people are persecuted times. In our time, many in the world who are persecuted for their Christian faith, and the world is experiencing more martyrs than any time in history. Pursue Reading Time will culminate with the Antichrist come to the great tribulation. Therefore it is important that we take on God's armor so that we can be alone.
14 Stand now ready with the truth that belt around his waist and with a breastplate of righteousness,
The apostle uses the Roman soldier's armor as an image of the struggle we are in. It also seems as if he uses the same order as the soldier used to put on this armor.
"Arise then girded with truth about life and be wearing the breastplate of righteousness" (v. 14). First mentioned belt and breastplate. Belt should maintain the long clothes up so that one was ready both to move and ready for battle. Breastplate would cover and protect the vital organs like the heart and lungs. When it speaks of "truth belt", it means that one should be truthful and honest in their conduct, both in word and deed. A Christian've accepted the truth, Jesus, therefore he must in his life reflect this truth by being truthful and honest in all his ways. Only then is he able to go into battle. But he must also be wearing the "breastplate of righteousness". You must be talking about the objective justice, that is, the imputed righteousness that God imputes a sinner who take refuge in Jesus Christ. It should be a protection against conscience and Satan's accusations. Therefore it is important that a Christian, which is imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ, live as righteous in all life situations and relationships and also lead a truthful and honest life among all people. Truth belt is to rely on the truth and always let it rule the life and teachings.
Joh.e. 8. 32 And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. "36 If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. Breastplate of righteousness is the life and teachings match. It is when we practice what we preach that we are strong.
1. Kor. 9. 23 But everything I do for the gospel, so I can share in it.
24 Know ye not that they are in a race, everyone runs, but only one wins the prize. So run your race you win it! 25 An athlete must refuse everything. He does it to win a wreath that fades, we needed to win a wreath that never fades. 26 I run, therefore, not without a goal, and I'm not like a boxer who turns in midair. 27 No, I'm fighting against myself and forcing the body to obey, lest I have preached to others, even to be rejected.

16 Grip, above all, the shield of faith, with what you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
The shield was the large, oblong shield that covered almost the whole person. It was like three, but with a thick coating of leather. Fire arrows were complicated with a combustible material such as hay or tow. They were dipped in pitch or tar to light up when they were imposed. The fact that the Christian has received salvation and live in salvation, protects the person against all dangers. Awareness of salvation, both that one is saved here and now and eternal salvation, is a shield against the Devil and his åndehær. When a Christian is in Jesus Christ, the devil can never harm the believers as long as he remains in communion with Jesus, but he may be tempted to apostasy. God's word is living and active God's Holy Spirit is the word, and it provides from the Holy Spirit when it is preached. God's word is the strongest weapon the people of God have against the devil and his åndehær. Therefore it is important to hear God's word, read it, learn it (usually by heart), meditate on it, talk about it, pray over it. In other words, take care of it. The word is the safest and best weapons to keep Satan away and run him on the run because he can not bear the word of God.
It was also the Jesus used when he was attacked and tempted by the devil in the wilderness (Matt. 4.1 to 11). In Revelation it says about those who had overcome the accuser: "They overcame him by virtue of the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony" Revelation 12.11.
Therefore, the word our help in trouble, and comfort in life and death. The Bible says: "Blessed are those who hear God's word and take care of it" Luke 11.28. They are blessed here in time and in eternity.
18 Do this in prayer, and put it all to God! Ask at any time, in the Spirit! Watch and keep praying earnestly for all Christians,
To take on the whole armor of God and fight the spiritual battle can be a struggle and hard work. But Jesus has not called us to a sofa toilers, but to work in his vineyard, as members of his body, as voluntary helpers and active Christians in the congregation and church. Much has the character of work. So it is with prayer. It is not intended that the prayer should be a leisure activity only when you have nothing to do. It pays to set aside time for prayer, but prayer is also at rest. Jesus says to his weary soldiers for the gospel and the cause of peace, "Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Matt.11, 28

Paul wanted to preach in a right way of the gospel secrets. Here there is a lot. To name a few truths here it is Jesus' death on Calvary defeated Satan. But this is only a beginning for all of God's secrets.

Belt should maintain the long clothes up so that one was ready both to move and ready for battle. Breastplate would cover and protect the vital organs like the heart and lungs. But he must also be wearing the "breastplate of righteousness". You must be talking about the objective justice, that is, the imputed righteousness that God imputes a sinner who take refuge in Jesus Christ. It should be a protection against conscience and Satan's accusations. Therefore it is important that a Christian, which is imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ, live as righteous in all life situations and relationships and also lead a truthful and honest life among all people. The word is the safest and best weapons to keep Satan away and run him on the run because he can not bear the word of God.

To take on the whole armor of God and fight the spiritual battle can be a struggle and hard work. But Jesus has not called us to a sofa toilers, but to work in his vineyard, as members of his body, as voluntary helpers and active Christians in the congregation and church. Much has the character of work. So it is with prayer. It is not intended that the prayer should be a leisure activity only when you have nothing to do. It pays to set aside time for prayer, but prayer is also at rest. Jesus says to his weary soldiers for the gospel and the cause of peace, "Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Matt.11, 28

Paul wanted to preach in a right way of the gospel secrets. Here there is a lot. To name a few truths here it is Jesus' death on Calvary defeated Satan. But this is only a beginning for all of God's secrets.
