Nr. 74: Allowing female Pastors and elders are liberals!

Nr. 74:
Allowing female Pastors and elders are liberals!

Liberal Theology is to question God's word and let the norms of society, their opinions, etc. may be more current and prevalent than the word of God. An away interpreters like God's words by saying that God's word is time-fitting, pull out their own opinions from the basic text, etc. All this to get into a new dangerous doctrine and theology. We have many liberal theologians also within its Free Church circles in Norway to a greater or lesser degree. To mention briefly some, Terje Hegertun when it comes to the sight of female elders, Jan Hanvold when it comes to views on marriage, Åge Åleskjær when it comes to views on how he puts Paul and Jesus in each other. Paul and Jesus complement each other 100% and there are many new groups coming up now through the Intro and salt, etc., and Hillsong. All these are more or less liberal theology and the unclean spirit powers jokes in the back seat!

If we read church history right up to today and throughout history, and also Old Testament. So is there anything we can find and see clearly, that there has never been any female Pastors or elders before until our time. That one can find someone who has practiced it, if one is looking thoroughly NOK, it may well be. But female Pastors and elders are a new phenomenon. Why? This can, of course I do not respond fully, but it is something I can answer. Has the Biblical evidence? And if so, where in the New Testament does it say? Or warn God's word against the female elders and Pastors?

For my part, I have not found a single scripture that defends, encourages and recognizes women elders or pastors. I have read through the New Testament countless times but not found a single passage or passages from the Bible that advocate or encourage such a practice, not a single passage or paragraph?

God's word says, "A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I permit no woman to teach or to have authority over a man, she must be silent" (1 Timothy 2:11-12). In the church as God assigns different roles for men and women. This is a result of how mankind was created and how sin entered the world (1 Timothy 2:13-14). God, through the Apostle Paul, restricts women from serving in roles such as teaching and / or having spiritual authority over men. This precludes women from serving as pastors and elders, which definitely includes preaching to teaching and having spiritual authority over men. And other services as deacons, etc.

There are many objections. A common reaction is that Paul restricts women from teaching, because in the first century were usually uneducated. However mentions 1 Timothy 2:11-14 nowhere anything about the educational status. If education was a qualification for service as the majority of Jesus' disciples were not qualified. Another common objection is that Paul only restricted the women at Ephesus from teaching (1 Timothy was written to Timothy, who was pastor of the church in Ephesus). The city of Ephesus was known for its temple of Artemis, a false Greek / Roman goddess. We find no reasons for the restrictions here.

A third common objection is that Paul is only referring to husbands and wives, not men and women in general. The Greek words in the text can refer to husbands and wives, yet the basic meaning of the words of men and women. Furthermore, the same Greek word used in verses 8-10. Are only husbands to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or dispute (verse 8)? Are wives only to dress modestly, have good deeds and worship God (verses 9-10)? Of course not. Verses 8-10 refer clearly to all men and women, not only husbands and wives. There is nothing in the context that suggests a switch to husbands and wives in verses 11-14. What is true for men is almost as much for women when it comes to responsibility before God. But the tasks that God has given men and women are different.

Another frequent objection to this interpretation of women in ministry is for women who had leadership positions in the Bible, especially Miriam, Deborah and Huldah in the Old Testament. This objection fails to note some important factors. First, Deborah is the only female judge amongst 13 male judges. Hulda was the only female prophet amongst dozens of male prophets mentioned in the Bible. Miriam's only connection to leadership was the sister of Moses and Aaron. The two most prominent women in the Kings were Athaliah and Jezebel - which are hardly examples of godly and female leadership. Most of the examples we have discussed here is from the pastoral letters (1 and 2 Timothy and Titus letter).

In Acts 18, Priscilla and Aquila are presented as faithful servants of Christ. Priscilla's name is mentioned first, perhaps indicating that she was more "prominent" in ministry than her husband. However, Priscilla no place described as participating in an activity that is contrary to 1 Timothy 2:11-14. where Priscilla and Aquila brought Apollos actually in their home and they were both disciples left him, explaining the Word of God to him more accurately (Acts 6:26 p.m.).

In Romans 16:1, even if Phoebe is considered a "diaconal" instead of a "server" that does not indicate that Phoebe was a teacher in the church. "Able to teach" is given as a qualification for the elderly, but not deacons (1 Timothy 3:1-13, Titus 1:6-9). Oldest / bishops / deacons are described as "husband of one wife", "a man whose children believe," and "men worthy of respect." Clear indication is that these qualifications refer to men. In addition, in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:6-9, masculine pronouns are used exclusively to refer to elders and Pastors.

The structure of 1 Tim 2:11-14 makes so abundantly clear why. Verse 13 begins with "for" giving "cause" of Paul's statements in verses 11-12. Why should not women be able to teach men or have authority over men? Because "Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the only one who was deceived, it was the woman who was deceived." God created Adam first and then Eve to be a "helper" for Adam. This order of creation has a universal significance in the family (Ephesians 5:22-33) and the church. The fact that Eve was deceived is also given as a reason for why women should not serve as Pastors or having spiritual authority over men.
Many parts of the service distribution in the local church depends on women. Women in the church are not restricted from public prayers or to prophesy (1 Corinthians 11:5), just from having spiritual teaching and authority over men. The Bible nowhere restricts women from exercising the gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 12). Women are at least as much as men called to serve others, to demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) and preaching the gospel to the lost (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1: 8, 1 Peter 3: 15). She may be the Evangelists and the Prophets, but not the Apostle, Elder or Pastor. She can teach, but under the supervision of a man or church. She must be covered head.

God has ordained that only men should serve in positions dealing with spiritual teaching and authority of the church to do. This is not because men are necessarily better teachers, or because women are inferior or less intelligent (which is definitely not the case). It is simply the way God designed the church to function. Men are to set an example in spiritual leadership their lives and through their words. Women therefore take a less authoritative role. Women are encouraged to teach other women (Titus 2:3-5). The Bible does not restrict women from teaching children. The only activity women are restricted from is teaching men or having spiritual authority over them. This would be a logical way of excluding women from acting as pastors / preachers. It does not make women less important, in any way, but give them an opportunity to focus more on the important things that God has planned for the women.

I've heard the strangest arguments for it to be female elders and Pastors. But one can achieve by abusing God's word and "explain" what the basic text says, etc. But the writing is so clear here that I find very hard to get it to match anything else. Paul goes back to the creation and fall, explaining that the woman is different man than she is in Christ is equally precious and equally loved. Salvation is the same for both sexes, and our position in Christ is just the same, but in the church and family, we are set to complement, supplement and enrich each other when we are too different from nature and creation page. My experience is that this is also a religious and combat issues when it is very difficult to have two views living side by side here.

The serious side

Satan wanted to be like God and do rank unconstitutional. It is a serious piece to install and accept female Pastors and elders. It is to the violators in the same way that Satan did before he became Satan, God's adversary. And it is the same Spirit who is behind this as the second movement, as gay movement, etc. Therefore, I strongly warn against female elders and Pastors and in no way make light of it. When one allows this scourge, as it is, opens one up to demonic activity that is seducing spirits, and there is a "new" doctrine is Satanic. This sounds very judgmental to many, yet it is a fact that this is how Satan operates, by putting God's word and commandments of God to the side of a second to work and be set instead. It is a spiritual change to allow Satan to operate like this! So scripture says so clearly warns us against this strongly, and to our advantage, not to practice anything other than the word of God prescribes.

1. Joh. b. 5 18 We know that whosoever is born of God does not sin: but he that is born of God, take him in trade, and the evil touches him.

We at Smyrna Oslo inserts never women to be elders or pastors, this is the offices or positions only reserved for the man!

Why female elders and pastors today?

We have gone through so much and we can not in any way good biblical evidence to appoint female elders or pastors. But why does a what? Yes, it can of course do not give a satisfactory answer, but something we can know when there are demonic forces that actually and fundamentally is behind this.
We have another twin that is demonic activity, there is homosexuality which is demonic activity and that the word of God says to come forward now to the end of time. There have always been homosexuals, but never since Sodom and Gomarras day that they come forward and receive full acceptance and get all the rights that they require and that everyone else has. In Norway, being a homosexual considered to be a crime right up to 1972.

Why do so against the word of God and God's plans?

Satan would the dawn be equal with God, and to rank unconstitutional. But when he was cast out of God the Father, and he was Lysengelen was Satan, the reasons for this was the haughtiness and arrogance. It is what lies behind all heresies, and it is a lot of. To name something, that God will torture people for eternity, baptism in three Titles, believe in a triad of God, the female elders and pastors, baptisms, that Jesus died spiritually, that Jesus is the Father, that Christians must keep the Sabbath and etc.

Why can not women be elders or Pastors? There are several reasons. If the short name a few and a point has already been mentioned.

1) Because God's word says it so clearly. 1. Tim. 2. 12 but I do not permit a woman to be a teacher or being the man, sir, she will be in silence. Paul does not allow the woman to be a teacher.

2) Because this has nothing to do with the cultural and time-stressed, but that Eve was deceived and not Adam, as a consequence, she may not be the oldest, Apostle, Shepherd, Pastor or any job or position that directly with learning to do . 14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and fell into transgression. But when the woman is obedient and follows her husband and she has over her is a lot of promises. Among other things, a good birth: 15 but she shall be saved through bearing children, if they are in faith and love and sanctification with correction.

3) The woman is created as the No. 2 and thus she will also be the man. Not in Christ, when it comes to salvation, but in the home and church. It will also make her happy and satisfied to not act like a man but as a woman. 13 For Adam was formed first, after that Eva.
We read about exactly the same in all Paul's teaching and the whole word of God.

1. Cor. 11. 2 I praise you that ye remember me in all things and hold fast to my statutes, as I gave you them. 3 But I would that ye may know that Christ is every man's master, and the husband is the master, and God is Christ's primary.

I could have written about this a lot more, maybe write about this later, we'll see. That's three arguments that those who believe in female elders and pastors are using? One is that we know, no coverage for this in God's word, but other ways can one make the most of? Should briefly mention them, even though we already have answered them directly and indirectly, as I have already written.

1) A mixer that there is no difference in Christ, but the difference here on earth for several conditions. For example in the home and church.

2) There are those who manage to get that this is time-fitting, also covered with other things. But God's word and in particular Paul always goes back to creation, then, of course, such arguments to be silly and manipulative.

3) A believes that the woman is not inferior in relation to man. It may also be true, but the man is still the one that God has set to hold these offices, which are only reserved for the man. That's how I see it from God's word. That man is the only one that can be Apostles, pastors, elders or Pastor. Otherwise, the woman can have all the other ministries. And all the other gifts and everything else. Will also mention as a curiosity that I do not like that there is a woman but a man son \ m to lead worship and song. When we read how King David ordered the music, so it was always a man who was foremost in song and praise, not a woman. I think this also is to be followed, but the women can of course be included, but the man to lead. This is not right in God's word, but I think you have God's Spirit as I write this!

There are many more factors to take, but we'll stop here and possibly come back for more later! I look at it to allow women to have offices that are reserved for the man is opening up to demonic activity.

1. Tim. 4. 1. But the Spirit is saying, in clear words that in the coming times will anyone fall from the faith, as they hold themselves to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils 2 at the hypocrisy of false teachers, that is seared in their conscience.

Those doing so scripture says are false teachings that are burning brand in his own conscience. When one is burning brand of conscience is a hero in the evil of violence, then one no longer responds to God's word and throw it from only as evil, and walks forward. What awaits them? Dom! Those who accept female Pastors and accepting homosexuality is the same sentence with their lives. They both go directly against God's word and allow a scheme to apply, as has the validity of God. We see this is spreading more and more about him, as Scripture has said that woman Jezebel to have great power.
It's about the church in Thyatira following:

Obvious. 2. 20. But I have against you that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, she says that she is a prophetess, who teaches and seduces my servants to commit fornication and eat idols. 24. But the rest of you in Thyatira, all those who have not this doctrine, and do not know the depths of Satan, as they say - to you I say: I do not put any burden on you.

We read about Jezebel and know the depths of Satan, what is meant by that? Yes there are those who think they know better than others and have made further progress, but in reality they got away from God and follow Satan. They do not stay longer for the healthy and simple, clear teaching but has added other interpretations and go deeper and deeper into the false and unbiblical teachings. This is perfect for those inserts and maintains the female Pastors and elders, they know the true depths of Satan, to thank me, no thanks. Do not change God's word here, even if the world does not understand the religious and the lay deceive!

Finally, here I got something from the web that talks about the same:
Pentecostal movement has largely been a movement characterized by the revival of spirit and life. Meanwhile, the churches held a doctrinal / theological track, where the preaching of the Word of God has been central. Which view we have the Bible today? How should the Bible be interpreted in the modern society we live in? What is right and what is wrong? Is there a biblical word that is correct or is it society's standards are right?

We Pentecostals have traditionally had a fundamentalist view of the Bible. This means that we look at the bible as 100% Divine. The entire Bible is God's word to us. This means that if the biblical norms opposes the contemporary community standards, so we choose to stand on the word of God says. It has also been in the Pentecostal tradition of interpreting the Bible by itself, does not use isolated quotes, but read what the sum of God's Word says. At the same time, the Bible also 100% human. It is written by many kind people and they have all put their personal stamp on what they have written.

It has however in recent years been a development of the Pentecostal doctrine / theology, we would warn against. It applies Pentecostal gradual introduction of equality between man and woman. This is a step in the liberal direction. Some churches have adopted female elders and pastors. Arguments often used is that what we read in the Bible about these things are timed, and thus apply it not for our time. Furthermore, it has been argued that gender equality must be introduced so that the church may be a church for everyone. Here it is worth noting that the same arguments used to introduce female elders and pastors of the Pentecostal movement is the same arguments that the Church of Norway used while, several years ago, introduced women priests, and there are also the same arguments that the Church now uses and legalize gay marriage. It is also worth noting that these arguments can be used to "twist and distort their" almost what it should be in God's word.

Here we must make a choice. If we have the Bible as a guide, or should we let a modern, secular society to decide what is right and wrong. Do therefore this exhort all of us, both brothers and sisters, to stand firm on the Word.

Acts 2.42: "And they were probably stuck in the apostles doctrine .." Let us even today keep probably stuck in the apostles' doctrine as we find it in the Bible.

Many factors in the bible is exemplary. This includes the creation of man and woman. 1 Gen 1:27 "So God created man in His own image, the image of God he created him, male and female created he them." Man is an animal that has evolved randomly from simple organisms, but we are created in God image and the man and woman. This picture, we must not destroy. An acceptance of gay relationships is part of Satan's rebellion against God and against God's creation.

The serpent tempted Eve with these words: 1 Gen 3.1 "... hath God said, Ye shall not eat of any tree in the garden?" The same snake that tempted Eve, tempting today the majority of the Norwegian bishops. Everything has its origin in the same diabolical mind: "Has God really said?"

The relationship between man and woman in marriage is a picture of the relationship between Christ and the church. In Ephesians 5.23 to 25, we read: "For the husband is the head, even as Christ is head of the church - he is the savior of the body. But even as the church obeys Christ, so also wives submit to their husbands in all things. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for it, "and 1 Cor 11,3" But I want you to know that Christ is every man's head, and the man's wife, but God is Christ's head. "subordination of the Bible is thus a principle that can not be change by changing times, but that is part of creation and God's salvation plan for mankind.

The man's relationship with his wife, compared with the ratio of Christ to the church. The man should love his wife as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it. The woman must submit to her husband as the church is subordinate to Christ. The introduction of modern gender equality in family and in our churches, will be a forkludring this fantastic role model in the Bible.

Subordination is a divine principle in the Bible. This touches on various conditions, such as God the Father, Jesus, church, man and woman in marriage, church elders / pastors / overseers, older and younger children in the family, masters and servants, government and other states:

• Jesus Christ is subordinate to God the Father. Jesus was in his entire duration on this earth under his father's will and authority. John 5, 19-24, Luke 22, 42
• The church is subordinate to Jesus Christ. We read in Ephesians 5.23 that Christ is the head of the church.
• Christ is the man's head. 1. Corinthians 11.3
• The man's wife. 1. Cor 11.3 and Ephesians 5.21 to 23, 1 Peter from 3.1 to 7, Kolosenserne 3.18 to 19
• Women should not act as teachers in the church: 1 Timothy 2, 11-12 The apostles inmates elder brothers in the various churches which they founded. A woman was not selected as an elder, teacher, pastor or overseer of the church. When the husband is the head of the family, nor can a woman be head of the church. Requirements for the oldest: 1 Timothy 3.1-7
• The younger the child the elderly. 1. Peter 5.5
• The children in the family is subordinate to their parents. 2. Gen. 20.12, Ephesians 6.1 to 3, Kolosenserne 3.20
• Servers must be obedient to their masters. Titus 2, 9-10, Ephesians 6, 5-9, Kolosenserne 3, 22-25 and 4.1
• We will submit our government and other devices. Titus 3, 1-2
An important aspect of subordination is that to the extent that we are inferior, we also have the authority and powers. We can only exercise authority to the extent we are subject to the authority. Jesus had power and authority because he was subject to God the Father in heaven. Church and all Christians have power and authority to the extent they are subject / subordinate to Jesus Christ and his authority.
