Nr. 156:
We sit with Christ in heaven!
From my bible comments Eph. 2. 6 In Christ Jesus he raised us up from death with him and put us in heaven with him.
In the spirit indeed this has already taken place. Once we have this clearly, we have learned to sit.
The next step is to learn to walk. Here I reproduce Watchman Nee. The verse which in 2005 translated: Eph. 4. 1. "So I urge you, I am the prisoner of the Lord's sake, that you live a life that is worthy of the calling you have received." In 1930 the translation was "living a life that is worthy" translated more directly from the basic text of "walk so that is dignified." In principle there is no difference of opinion. The point is that when we see what we are in Christ and that we are already with him in heaven, it shall have practical consequences in how we live our lives.
The last stage is to go into spiritual battle: "Put on God's armor so you can stand you against wiles of the devil." (6:11). From the child who learns to ride to the man who opposes the struggle has been a very development and growth in maturity and strength. It is inconceivable that the "child" can wear a suit of armor.
7 How would he in the ages to show her infinite rich grace and his kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
The coming days now, they came to Christ. In Christ, God the Father showed us who he is. In Christ, all of our opportunities. Do not have him, you put yourself without passing anything.
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith. It is not their own work, but God's gift.
Grace means "pleasant surprise" and "undeserved favor." Because salvation is a gift, it's free.
You do not pay for a gift! A gift can be costly, but it is the one who gives the gift that has paid for it.
Our salvation was so expensive that it cost Jesus his life, but for us it is free. The only thing we should do is accept the gift!
The tragedy is that people are lost even if the sin of the bill is paid. Someone must tell them about the gift of salvation so they can take!
While all sin is atoned, man must be born again to enter heaven.
Why is it so great: "All those who received Him, to them gave He power to become children of God, those who believe in His name. And these were born .... of God "(John 1:12-13). The gift is free, salvation is finished, and sins are atoned.
But when you accept this gift, is a miracle called to be born again! It is also the only grace.
"They are born, not of blood, nor of the flesh, nor of man, BUT OF GOD." (John 1:13)
The new birth is not of ourselves, it is of God! But this new birth gives us partakers of the divine nature and the start of a whole new life.
"The old has gone, everything has become new!"
9 It does not rest on the works, that no one should boast.
Scripture teaches us clearly that we are saved (justified) by faith in Christ and what he has done on the cross. Faith alone can save us. But we can not stop here and talk about what James says in James 2:24: "You see that man is declared righteous by works and not by faith alone."
There is no contradiction in it. All you need to do is look at the context. James 2 has 26 verses: Verses 1-7 instruct us not to favor. Verses 8-13 are comments to the Act. Verses 14-26 are about the relationship between works and faith.
James begins this section by using the example of someone who says he has faith but no deeds. "My brothers! What use is it if someone says he has faith but he does not have works? Can faith save him? "(James 2:24) James talking about a dead faith, a faith which is nothing more than an oral statement, a public confession what you think and not something that comes from the heart. It is out of life and action. He begins with the negative and shows what an empty faith is (verses 15-17, words without deeds). So he continues to show that this kind of faith is different from the faith of demons (verse 19) Finally, he gives the example of living faith that has words followed by actions. Works follow true faith as a result of faith. James shows that Abraham and Rahab are examples of people who show their faith by works.
In short, James examines two kinds of faith: one that leads to good works and one does not. A is true and the other is fake. One is dead and the other living, thus: ".. faith is of no avail without works? "But he does not contradict the above verses that say that salvation / justification is by faith alone.
Note also that James quotes the same verse that Paul quotes in Romans 4:3 among a number of verses is about justification by faith. James 2:23 says: "Thus was this scripture fulfilled: Abraham believed God, and counted him as righteousness," If James had tried to teach a doctrine that stood in contrast to the other authors of the NT, he would not have used Abraham as an example. Therefore, we see that justification is by faith alone, and that James was talking about false belief, not real faith when he says we are not justified by faith alone.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared in advance ready for us to go into them.
Your calling is to follow Jesus, but how the concrete will be reflected in your life you need to consult with him about, he has a unique interest in you, and a plan for your life!
For Paul was the lead in a dream.
The point is that I believe God is leading us to more easily and more everyday things than we think. God leads his people through, among other things, dreams, thoughts, words, prophecies. He has always done so since the beginning of time, why should he not be able to do it now? Our question is, are we willing to take your fingers long NOK from ear to try to hear what he has to say, and we are willing to not only reject all just fantasies, and we are all open that God can guide us in these ways, or we get busy building our own way, and our own actions?
For Paul, for Europe and for the church was of immense importance that Paul followed what he saw as the voice of God through a dream. For many of the people we have around us, it is essential that we become more responsive above the managements and the vocation God is trying to preach into our everyday lives, and that we are actually willing to go on it? To go on they are definitely not only comfortable, but it was then not for the disciples.
Imagine the difference it will make for a human life, if so, words you have been reminded of God, speaking directly into the life of the man. It all starts when you let God have greater control in your life, that you listen to the call he put to you in everyday life, the deeds he already has one ready to go into the.
For Paul, had his own plans aside for the plan and called upon God. These barriers can just as often come in your life too, the question is whether you build yourself a pole and jump over, or lets you actually God lead you in another direction (end of quote).
To understand this, it is essential that you understand the difference between the condition and position. Without the will here go wild. See why here about this topic: http://blog.janchristensen.net/2011/08/nr-174-forskjell-pa-stilling-og.html
Here in this article, the main focus to be who we are in Christ. Our job as believers is always the same. We are in Christ, and when we are in Christ, we are equally just, holy, and with the same authority as Christ in God. This life is hidden presence in many ways, but one day shall be fully revealed and we shall be Kings for ever and ever. But purely legal sense, we are sitting with Christ in heaven. And when God sees us, he sees us in Christ. When we see ourselves and Satan sees us, as it is with mixed candy. But we are always perfect in Christ. Therefore Scripture teaches that we have confidence in him, that is in Christ. In him, we three within its God, as if we are "Christ". And expect that God hears us that Christ Himself is there, not trifles just yet true from what the New Testament teaches. Do not go into detail here as this is an article and a book.
Expect to get answers to prayer
One of the most crucial for us believers are undoubtedly getting answers to prayer. And God answers and hears us. Will the cards provide three (3) specific and important things pertaining to this, to experience answers to prayer.
1) Pray to God in Jesus name forever.
Scripture teaches us to pray to God in the name of Jesus forever. Joh. e. 16 23 And in that day shall not ask me about anything. Verily, verily I say unto you, All that I pray the Father, he shall give you in my name. 24 Hitinntil have not asked for anything in my name; bed, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be complete!
We ask not in a church community name or to any spirit, this is delusion. But we pray in Jesus' name always, to the only true God, the Father!
2) Check your identity is always in Christ.
Our identity is in Christ. In him we have confidence and know that God hears us. Eph. 3. 12 in whom we have our boldness and access with confidence through faith in him.
We have confidence in him. And it is this confidence we have in Christ that we should not throw away and not make us use.
Heb. 10. 35 Cast not away your boldness, which has great reward!
This boldness is great reward to make use of.
3) Left the answer to God.
There will be many times the most difficult, yet very important. When we asked, had an audience with the God of heaven. When he knows best and he knows a few things that we do not know. Therefore, it is both wise and proper to surrender everything in God's hands and expect answers to prayer. But prayer, the answer we get four different answers, all four are loved right. But it is not always our belief that is crucial here, but what God wants and what he sees as the most expedient when we asked in Jesus' name.
1) We can get a yes right away.
2) We can get an answer right away.
3) We can get a hold.
4) We can get a partial yes and no. When we receive a reply, but different from what we have requested.
This was short and the lesson about prayer, it is absolutely certain that it has been informative and true. Just go out and act on the word remind friend and you will see that the doctrine here is from God and not myself.
