No. 1096:
Jesus was tested or "tested" before he came to earth to complete the work of salvation?
Picture of Zlatan Ibrahimović who said why he was always the best. It was because he was 10 times better than everyone else. So it was with Jesus, when he was human. He was so infinitely better than us, who had Adams seed in us. He came in likeness of sinful flesh, but inwardly he was totally unlike us. He had all the divine fullness op inside. He came from God - Yahweh as he was and came forth from him.
From my commentaries Hebrews. 5. 1. A high priest is always taken among men and appointed to serve God on behalf of people. He shall offer gifts and sacrifices for sins.
There were strict regulations that applied priestly service in Israel. It was not the one who wanted was allowed. But it was the Levite who came from the tribe of Levi and Aaron and on his sons in charge of priestly service.
2 He can show leniency toward those who fail and err, because he himself has human weakness
The high priest had his service there he brought first a victim of his own sin. Secondly, the people (3. Genesis 16). When he had to do sacrifice also for himself, he showed that he was a sinner who needed grace people.
Therefore it says about him; show leniency toward those who fail and err, because he himself has human weakness
3 and therefore must offer a sin offering also for himself, not only for the people.
The fact that he brought a sacrifice first for themselves speaks more than 10,000 words on how inadequately whole Levitical and Aaronic priesthood is. Unlike the priesthood Jesus belongs.
4 No man taketh himself this dignity himself, but he is called by God, as Aaron.
Aaron was called by God by virtue of his position and lineage. Jesus was chosen by God for his work before the foundation was laid. God the Father decided and called Jesus to his work before the world was.
5 Thus Christ not risen up the honor of being a high priest. He got it by God who said to him: You are my son, I have begotten you today.
But it was only after the resurrection that Jesus went into his priestly service fully. You are my son and I have begotten you today referring to the resurrection.
Room. 1. 4 When the Spirit of holiness inaugurated as the mighty Son when he rose from the dead.
6 Likewise, he says in another place:
You shall be a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.
Now we come more into Melchizedek later in the book. But what is special about Melchizedek is that he was a priest of the most high God and even Abraham bowed down to him.
1. Genesis 14 17 When Abram had turned Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him, he returned. Then came the king of Sodom came out to meet him in Slettedalen, now called King's Valley. 18 And Melchizedek, king of Salem, brought forth bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High. 19 He blessed Abram, saying,
"Blessed be Abram of the Most High God,
who created heaven and earth!
20 Blessed be God Most High,
who has delivered your enemies into your hand! "
Then Abram gave him a tenth of all.
7 At the time Jesus lived on earth, bathroom and he pleaded with loud cries and tears to him who could save him from death and he was heard because he was devout.
In the garden of Gethsemane we see how under rewarding Jesus was the Father's will. Father had even decided that Jesus His own Son to die for all human sin! But for Jesus - as a person - it was a struggle to implement it.
8 Though he were a Son, he learned obedience through what he suffered.
Jesus was the first Father created and which it is paid attention to himself equal. Yet had he stood willing. First to please the Father, secondly, to suffer and die for us.
9 When he had made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation for all who obey him;
But the fight, disgrace and everything was fully match ended on the cross. After the Cross followed exaltation that went into two divisions. Resurrection and Ascension. Through it all, he has provided a perfect salvation for all.
10 God had then given him the name of the High Priest Melchizedek.
But already from before creation was Jesus destined to be all these things that Paul mentions here.
Joh. e. 17: 5 And now I ask you, Father, give me the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
Word. 8. 22 Jehovah carried me forward as his first work,
before his deeds in distant times.
23 From everlasting I was shaped,
In the beginning, before earth came into being.
24 I was born when depths not exist
and the water rich sources were not to.
25 Before the mountains were put in place,
before the hills was I born.
26 He had not yet made earth and fields
and land earth first dust grains.
27 I was there when he established the sky
and carved up the horizon over the deep,
28 when he gave power to the skies above
and springs of the deep became strong,
29 when he set boundary for the sea
so water stopped where he commanded,
when he traced the foundations.
30 I was builder with him.
I was happy for him day after day
and played steadily for his face.
31 I was playing on his earth
and rejoiced with the people.
32 So now listen to me, kids!
Blessed are those who keep my ways.
33 Listen to the exhortation and be wise;
contempt it!
34 Blessed is the man who hears me,
who daily watch at the doors of my
and keep the gates mine.
35 For whoever finds me finds life
and win favor with the Lord.
36 But he who does not find me, damage his soul.
All who hate me love death.
When reading these verses from the book of Proverbs, it sounds almost like a teacher who over samples a student, if he really can do their job.
First explaining God himself how Jesus came to be. He was carried forward before anything else. Before God created anything, so shaped, formed and bore him forward Jesus.
"The Lord brought me up as his first works, before his deeds in distant times. From everlasting I was shaped, in the beginning, before earth came into being. I was born when the depths did not exist and the water rich sources were not made. "
We read the same about Jesus in Micah 5. 1 and many other places. The apostle John also says the same in his prologue. This is from my preliminary commentaries Gospel of John 1 1 In the beginning was the Word. Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The very first verse of the Bible begins thus: In the beginning God created heaven and earth. (1 Mos 1,1). John opens almost equally. Here begins the prologue of John tom v. 18. In the beginning it says, something very important. There is only one that was BEFORE the beginning; Father. Jesus is the first Father produced or born. Kol. 1. 15b the firstborn over all creation. Jesus has a beginning teacher Scripture clearly more seats. Mika 5. But you, Bethlehem Ephratah, the least among the clans of Judah! From you I let a man who will be ruler over Israel. He has its origins in ancient times, he is from ancient days. This speaks of Jesus, both in his pre-existence; Has its origin or beginning from ancient days. We read about the same among others Ord. 8 the wisdom which refers to Jesus Christ. There are some books that were written in the time between the New and Old Testament. We call them GT`s apocryphal books, and they are included among the books in the Old Testament of the Catholic Christians. There we find several Jewish texts that say something about this wisdom ..
Book of Wisdom writes so in Chapter 7 (26) The (= wisdom) is the radiance of eternal light, a spotless mirror of God's work, and an image of his goodness.
Furthermore, in chapter 9: (1) My fathers and mercy lord, who hast made all things by your word (2) and by your wisdom formed man .... (4) Give me the wisdom that sits by your throne .. .. (9) It knows your works and was present when you made the world.
Sirak writes so in chapter 24: (8) Then I got (= wisdom) a decree from all the world's creator, my Creator gave me a home and said (cfr. Prolog v14) .... (9)
In the beginning, before all time, made him myself ...
Jesus was God as we read other Angels are mentioned to be. But he was something far more, the only thing that is equal and the Father that he has given all power and his life. And he is the only one from heaven came down and become a man fully.
2 He was in the beginning with God.
Jesus was in the beginning with God, it also says Paulus. Kol. 1. 17 and he is before all things, and all things are by him. And he's the only one who has shown us who the father is. V. 15a And he is an image of God is invisible. But angels was with God and being mentioned as gods, but Jesus was not only God, but also son. Psalm 97. 7 Confounded be all who worship images, that boast themselves of idols. All gods must bow before him
3 All things were made by him; without him nothing was made of all that exists.
When we read 1 Genesis 1.1 states in the sixth word that it was Alpha and Omega or in Hebrew: Alef & Taw. It was Jesus who created everything, it also says Paul in Colossians. 1. 16 for in him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things were created through him and for him. It looks like the Father has delegated all or much of the Son? The "execution unit" of all, son. Father is secluded and gives its approval and says a yes or no!
4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men.
When we read God's word carefully, as we find out that the Father has hidden himself to the end. He has given the Son all. Son has received also the life of God, life speaks of quality, glory and which is opposed to darkness. We can share Jesus' ministry and service in 3 parts. In his preeksistens he was God during his jordliv he was human. After the resurrection, he was both God and man!
5 And the light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not overcome it.
Here we read about the incarnation. Jesus became man, for a short time. Renounced everything, even his Deity Practice. Jesus never did anything on his own but he was always obedient God on earth as the Son of God. He was anointed with the Spirit of God and had the power of God. (Ap. And Jesus was shining, but it was hidden from the ugjenfødte and darkened eye. Jesus appearances were not of himself (when he was on earth before Calvary), but that he was a "glare" of the Father. Col. 2. 9 In him the whole fullness deity bodily present.
Final Comment:
Yes, Jesus overcame everything, was tested long before he came to this world. There was nothing gamble to send Jesus. He was "tested" and found worthy long before the foundation was laid, or while everything was going? It is quite possible that eventually so did Jesus more and more responsibilities, he was what ultimately took over creation?
This is from my commentaries Colossians Dispenser Letter 1 15 He is the invisible image of God, the firstborn before all creation.
Hebr.1. 3a He is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being. None other than Jesus has shown us who the father is. Joh.e.14.9b. He who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father? Meanwhile, not Jesus the Father, he has shown us who the father is. Jesus is the Father's first product or creature, before anyone else. He has its origins in ancient times, he is from ancient days says Mika. Ord.8. 22 I was the first thing that the Lord brought forth, his first works of old. 23 In the origin I was shaped, in the beginning, before earth came into being. 24 I was born before the deep ocean was there, before springs filled with water. 25 Before the mountains were put in their place, before the hills I was born, 26 years before the Lord created the earth and fields and the first mold on earth.
27 I was there when he left heaven and tense expanse of deep,
28 when he collected the clouds up there and let depths sources flowing strongly.
29 When he put a limit to the sea, so water stopped where he commanded,
and he founded the earth, 30 then I was building man with him.
I was happy for him day after day and played steadily for his face.
31 I played throughout his earth and had my joy in human children.
16 For in him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or rulers, powers and spiritual powers - all things were created through him and for him.
Here are incredible depths. The Bible is no doctoral thesis on creation and how everything was created. Anything we get a glimpse into, but it is primarily a presentation of God through Jesus Christ created everything.
Hebr.11. 3 By faith we understand that the world is created by God's word, and that what we see, has its origin in the invisible.
Jesus has the largest and most important name of all. His name is above every other name.
17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
He is before all, that the firstborn and only begotten Son of God. Without Jesus would the world be in total chaos. Through Jesus' death and resurrection carries the commandment that the world would consist, if not in the form it is now. But without Jesus had all gone down the tube and Satan had fully succeeded with their evil intentions and intentions. But now heralds a new era and a new era through Jesus Christ.
2. Pet.3. 13 But we look forward to what he has promised: a new heaven and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
18 He is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, he saw in all things He may have the preeminence.
There is no pope, priest or ruler or any other people who are head of the church, but Jesus Christ. When it says the origin means it is Jesus is God's pattern image. The pattern God himself will have to be found only in Jesus Christ. 1 m is 1 m, but there should be discussion how much 1 m is located the original in Paris, France. Original and pattern for everything God does is only found in Jesus Christ there have been many people who have been filled with the Spirit of God through the ages
19 For in him God would let all the fullness should dwell,
God the Father has determined by themselves that Jesus would come as a man, and here would God even take home filled him with his Spirit. The Incarnation is a mystery yet a fact. In Jesus Christ, God was human. 100% God but still 100% human. When God Himself took residence in Jesus? From the days of eternity. But Jesus both renounced glory, got it again and to have it forever. Joh.e.17. 4 I have glorified thee on the earth when I finished the work you gave me to do. 5 And now I ask you, Father, give me the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
20 and through him God would reconcile everything to himself, what is on earth and in heaven, having made peace through his blood on the cross.
When man fell had there been a drop in engleverden before the fall. When both angels fell, 1 \ 3 of them and the people, even got creation the same judgment. When Jesus atoned sin restored him everything and more. The universe and all creation have been made partakers of redemption. Rom.8. 19 Everything that is created, is eagerly waiting for God's children may be manifested in glory. 20 For the Creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who made it so. Still, there was hope, 21 because creation itself will be liberated from the bondage of corruption and share in the freedom of God's children will own glory. 22 We know that all creation, groans in travail until this day. 23 And not only that, but also we who have the Spirit, the first fruits of the upcoming autumn, we groan within ourselves and yearn for the day when our bodies will be freed out and we become children of God entirely.
