No. 1020:
A minister must assume far greater spiritual battle, both in itself and around it, than what most other believers come mostly up in!

1 Tim. 5. 17 The elders who are well, be counted worthy of double honor, especially they who labor in the word and doctrine. 18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treads out the grain. And, The laborer is worthy of his hire. 19 Do not receive any complaint against an elder, except by two or three witnesses. 20 Those who sin, you should rebuke so everyone hears about it, that others also may fear. 21 I charge thee before God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels that you observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing by partiality. 22 Do not be quick to lay hands on any man; neither be partaker of other men's sins; hold thyself pure

Of all the preachers I have heard through the target vessel run, no one has given me so much of God's Word and through his phenomenal and lovely song that Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart.

Maybe not so much today, but when I was young, and was in development, he gave me a lot. I thank God for, he is still a role model for me in many things even though he has passed eighty years. He has been married to one and the same wife of over sixty years, it says there is great respect.

http://jsm.org/

I have spoken strongly plead with ministers who are re-married, and deservedly so! Scripture says that remarriage is not allowed for people of faith, and marry a re-married is adultery.

Luke 16 18 Whoever divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and whoever marries a woman who is divorced from her husband commits adultery.

But to take the minister and those with responsibility in defense, so is not the spiritual battle and the struggle they are facing, easy! It is heavy, hard and they need God and man means more than anyone else!

However, they do what is right, they will get double pay. In other words, I think that the salary they will get in the world far beyond what they had ever imagined, while God will be with those on this earth in a special way!

Matt. 19. 27 Peter answered him: Behold, we have left all and followed thee; what shall we get? 28 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you who have followed me, in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you also shall sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life. 30 But many that are first shall be last and the last first.

But the biggest struggle for a minister and a believer's struggle within himself, only a minister must assume that with him and his family is the stronger and more intense. Therefore, other believers in your prayers and support encompass not only the preacher, but his whole house!

I have sometimes seemed have and cash against preachers, and deservedly so. However, it is also a page here that we must not overlook, and not pretend that excites. It is that it is very difficult to be a preacher of the Word in several areas, but the hardest battle is always with oneself. How strange this one may sound!

This is written for our instruction says the apostle Paul to the believers in Rome. But it's not just them, but to us all!

Think of all the story we find in the Old Testament about all the men of God and sometimes women who betrayed both God, the call and the moral and ethical standard that the word of God assumed for the spiritual service one had. Here we can mention names galore up. Cain, Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Reuben, Judah, Simeon and several others only from 1 Exodus. We begin on beyond then railing long names to mention that Balaam, King David, King Saul, King Solomon, how long should I hold on?

But we can stop at several and mention briefly why they fell.

Cain - envy

Noah - too much alcohol

Abraham - human fears

Jakob - wondered to himself things

Ruben - looked on as the ladies bathroom naked and incited flesh to commit adultery

Judah - held not words and promises

Simeon - would call it racism that he took skjea in their own and killed

Balaam - money and the love of money

King David - were not for his conscience and let their sexual desires control and dictate him. Afterwards he killed, worse than this could not be

King Saul - let sanity and not the word of God guide and direct him

Solomon - he opened up for the most part it is possible to open up for.

What does all this tell us? Above all to defeat the flesh in us, above all else. Luther believed that Galatians 2:20 was the key verse in the Bible, I believe he was right.

Gal. 2. 20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Loneliness - necessary - challenging - essential!

The most important thing for all believers, it is the hidden life with God in Christ. This applies all the preachers.

Kol. 3. 3 You are the dead, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

This with loneliness has at least two sides. It is necessary to search for and into loneliness. This is a great enrichment, decisive and that separates us from the world. But while this can cost a lot for everyone. But God will speak to us, he is dependent and bi depend on silence. Where we close out all of our lives, to get to know God. Hearing his voice, or indictment in which he both exhorts, encourages and comforts us!

Solitude or silence may be the hardest for many, therefore being able to cope with this is absolutely essential for a preacher. About one will succeed or not. Here there is much to say, but will only bring that Jesus himself spoke about going remote, both to pray and to hear from God. Jesus himself lived as he preached, we find there are several places in the Gospels where Jesus went aside to be with God, and he alone!

Matt. 14. 13 When Jesus heard it, he departed thence in a boat into a desert place, and when the people heard it, they followed after him on foot from the towns.

23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up the mountain to pray; and when it was evening, he was there alone.

Mark 6 31 And he said unto them, Come In with me into a desert place and rest a while! For there were many coming and going, and they had no time for them to eat.

So did the disciples Acts 1. 14 All these accord continued steadfastly in prayer, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.

6. 4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and ministry of the word.

To live alone - seclusion is absolutely essential for us to be the tools God, and wants us to be. It is in solitude - alone with God he will mold us, speak to us and correcting us!

For a preacher is to triumph over his own flesh, could endure and endure loneliness and being alone. Absolutely essential and that the biggest challenge for than. Secondly, as all the rest, not to mention the challenge and the people one meets on its way as a believer. For a preacher must expect that push against as a person, the messages to one brings, one will experience as a great big squeeze where one actually being held accountable for everything that a preacher and communicator sooner or later, this is many not aware of, but so it is!

What challenges do than? I can briefly mention ten (10) but could have mentioned many more.

1) A is tried on the moral

2.) Being tried on what a teacher

3.) Economic

4.) Familial

5.) If a is a good colleague or brother among brothers

6.) What fruits that preaching brings

7.) God vindicates message

8.) Ros - tolerates but praise without being haughty

9.) Rice - resistant than rice without taking retaliate or be put out of rice and negative coverage

10.) Ghost Powers will pursue you, Satan is always in the "heels on you!"

These were just some of what can be expected to meet the external resistance!

Final Comment:

I really have even more to say, I think I'll write a recent article for this time what it means to be a preacher of the Word. And the difficulties and challenges that we are facing? Anyway, it might be a Word preacher is both the world's greatest privilege, contemporary, it has some incredible challenges and difficulties as a fail on your own computer. Only by God be with, and people are to baker and lift you up and forward!

Zechariah 4. 1. Then the angel that talked with me again and awakened me, as a man wakes from his sleep. 2 And he said to me: What do you see? I said, I see a candlestick that is wholly of gold, with its oljekar on top and its seven lamps, and seven pipes for each lamp that is on the 3 and two olive trees beside it, one on oljekarets right side and one on its left side. 4 And I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? 5 And the angel that talked with me, replied: Do not know what this is? I said: No, my lord! 6 Then he answered and said unto me: This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord Almighty. 7 Who are you, great mountain thee before Zorobabel? Be a delete! He shall bring forth the headstone under high shouts: Grace, grace be with it! / 8 word of the Lord came to me, saying: 9 The hands of Zerubbabel has founded this house, and his hands shall also finish it; and you shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. 10 For who despised the day of testing? With pleasure watching the seven eyes plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel, These eyes of Jehovah who go abroad upon all the earth. / 11 Then I answered and said unto him, What are these two olive trees by lampstand right and left side? 12: And I answered again, and said unto him, What are these two olive branches which through the two gold flows as gold flows out of? / 13 Then he said to me, 'Do not you know what these are? I said, No, my lord! 14 And he said, It is the two oljesalvede standing in all the earth. /
