In something that has almost been a father of two litigation and deicing of the Norwegian Supreme Court.Then I have to relate to this incorrect and rigid verdict, my opinions do not apply!For some, there are some ambiguities with regard to further cases and the Strasbourg Human Rights Court.Will try to set up some points to make it clear to everyone.
1.) The case began with the manipulator Jan Aage Torp hated me and my blogs (the Norwegian and English blog).Both the Norwegian and English when we announced a reprieve. Just as he is, he lives in the words of God. He will be the losing party no matter when he is a wizard, and is in charge of the wrongdoing.
2.) When the trial started, it was the assertion that I had written that Torp was a psychopath, nasty and a wizard briefly. In law, law enforcement was mainly both in Oslo District Court and in Borgarting Court of Appeal.
3.) I was convicted of something that was neither in the trial nor treated by the court, amount of writings. A regular justice word and something that one reads about happens in Congo and barely there. Intended, sentenced for something that the court has not ruled on. Then an "arranged" trial has been settled in advance. The entire trial process against me and the heavenly blog has been a daddy, junk and dark!
4.) I received a fine of 12,000, - NOK and costs of 3,000, - DKK. All of this is paid.
5.) To send an appeal to the Human Rights Court in Strasbourg, France. Then I had to pay and get a lawyer to do this. Since I've had Brynjar Meling all the way and he has done a good job for me. Then I got him to do this.It cost me 32,500, - kr, this is also paid.
6.) NOW HAVE AN APPLICATION FOR TREATMENT IN STRASBOURG. WHERE ONE OR MORE JURSITES WANT TO BE CONSIDERED IF THEY WANT TO TAKE ANKEN.
7.) WANT TO TAKE ANKEN, WE CAN APPLY TO COVER ALL COSTS IN RESPECT OF ADVISOR AND WHAT IT COSTS. WITH OTHER WORDS, THE REST OF THE PROCESS IS ANYWHERE "FREE" FOR ME!
8.) We win, so I get paid back 47,500, - kr as this case has cost me.
9.) If we lose the case, I will not get a penny back. Then the money is lost once forever! This is tragic if this happens for freedom of belief and expression here in Norway!
10.) If we win, I expect the police to look at Jan Aage Torp for false accusations of me. His review is a "skinn-review" as it is his hatred against me and the celestial blog which forms the basis of everything together. That the police and the court trust blindly and judge me for something I have not really done. It is a justice word. Because there have been a lot of writings, one thing alone is a reason. It is that over a long period of time, Torp's miserable life has been discussed and resumed.Use this against me in a judgment where I have not explained this.That's obviously because the whole thing against me is a form of plot from the police and the authority's side!Final CommentWhy I do so much to fight for such a frikjennelse is no doubt that this will put Norway a hundred years back in time!In many ways, the Norwegian people do not understand how serious this is. Here is a psychopath and narrator who has managed to turn a case that deals with remarriage into something completely different.When even the police overlook everything that goes to my advantage, but what goes to my backdrop, it interferes as much as possible. Then we know who is behind this whole process, of course, the evil one, nobody else!The freedom of religion and freedom has now been under enormous pressure by a manipulator that is obviously controlled by more powers, and unfortunately the police and the courts have also ruled in such a negative and ugly direction!That's why it's about making sure that we get this case in Strasbourg and I and the heavenly blog are being acquitted.Then all these sentences against me and the heavenly blog here in Norway would be stripped and hopefully the police and the courts will work their jobs and get Torp sentenced and sentenced to false accusations against me and the heavenly blog.It is deepest a question of faith and a learning question this is about.Torp has managed to distort it to become something completely different.Something that the court has not debated is just a testimony that there are dark powers behind this verdict!But we believe it's possible to win in France if it's not easy and strolling a victory!As a believer, we'll win anyway! It is Torp who is the big loser who has a family who will not see him. But what's worse is that God will not recognize him who lives in sin and disgrace with his life!
