Hi Jan Kåre!
I filed a police report today by you and made simultaneously an agreement with Oslo Police that I would like to first try to meet you in Mediation under the supervision of skilled brokers. This is a meglingsråd where we meet face to face, and everything happens in confidentiality, and the purpose is that we should be able to sign a mutually binding agreement, so I have to go ahead with the police, with all that it can cause. Theme is naturally limited to politianmeldelsens content, and not all topics and concerns we had to agree or disagree.
I have argued Penal Code § 135a ("discrimination or proportionality based on religion and belief"), § 247 ("Defamation"), and § 390 ("Personal Harassment") in my police report.
My hope is that we will reach an agreement in Mediation so you no longer violate the cited sections of the Norwegian Penal Code.
I also hope that such a binding agreement could set a precedent in your relationship with the many that you reviews on your blogs.

But it was right for you to remove Oslokirken's photographs. Thank you for taking Walter seriously in that respect, although I never would have approved sending an invoice to you.
You should probably even contact Aftenposten, Dagbladet, VG, Scanpix etc. for your use of pictures of me. It is your duty to keep the law on the use of other people's photos by copyright law. Walter wrote just right for you "situation pictures" is something completely different than you obviously have thought. A status report for example. Jonas Gahr Støre has an interview with Hamas leader, and you enter a specific blog about this, where you quote specifically from this conversation. In such a situation, you can use a "situasjonsbide" from case reports in the media about this, mark with a distinct wedge referral. You can not just pick any picture of Minister and Hamas leader, but it must be from this komkrete case. But also you should tread carefully. At least, we are very careful with stuff .. I know of blogs that have been blocked due to such conditions.

I was just made aware of Walter on this blog post that you leave out for a couple of hours ago.
I have nothing against you publish this, if it benefits your interests.
I took Walter of "matter" that happened without my knowledge and will. I think that Walter has communicated neat about rights on our material and I am glad that you have removed the photos that we have the copyright on.
But apart from this I am not happy that Walter engaged so strongly. We have no opinion on Smyrna Oslo and Jan Kåre Christensen. My helping hand to you in the spring of 2012 proved to be fruitless, and I do not intend to resume communication.
Walter has also been engaged as an employee for loss, but he is not in Oslokirken personally, and he's not allowed to act on behalf of Oslokirken.

And the scripture says it take proceedings against others who are believers, is a failure in itself. This care Torp himself jot as he probably is not a true Christian, after the word of God lives as adultery and of sin! This is not what I say, but Jesus and the apostle Paul.
