No. 1669:

Norway is a country where everyone who is not A4 is punished with the most vile, worst and simplest punishments, and most people think it's OK!

To me, Norway, and the entire society to which we all belong, appears.
More or less like a banana republic where if you don't fit into the A4 pattern that you actually cultivate and love here in Norway.
Then you can be exposed to absolutely everything from evil, rottenness and humiliation by the authorities for the smallest thing if you have in some way broken Norwegian law. Well, according to them.

Norway is a country where everyone who is not A4 is punished with the most vile, worst and simplest punishments, and most people think it's OK!

Like here in my case, where I have upgraded my property.
But at the same time I have broken a completely insignificant and meaningless law.
How much of a fall you have on the property.
Nothing helps these people who love to humiliate and punish the person who does not bow to this system that they themselves have set and are going to have everyone in.
Even though what they are doing is pure idiotic and has no purpose or meaning in the world.

They took my car and my now deceased wife!

Then I have actually heard from others in retrospect, it's a good thing they didn't take the house.
This is where the problems are, now that you yourself are safe and sound in it.
Then you have no empathy, compassion or understanding for others.
Although I have actually ended up in this in many ways quite innocent.
I called down and asked how to build a wall against the road from my and my now deceased wife's property.
There I received clear guidance.

Now in retrospect, when I have not complied with their orders, the punishment against me is actually ruthless, powerful and colossal.
Where they have not only taken the car, but I still have to pay them 188,000, - kr even if I do as they say in everything.
The punishment is so severe, and no one reacts.
Rather defend the Collection Agency and the Bailiff who collect the orders and decisions that the Planning and Building Agency together with the State Administrator come up with through reprisals and fines.

What is my offense and that makes me be punished?

It is that I have tried to upgrade the property.
But have not followed the law as I should.
And when the PBE and the authorities have given their orders to remove the wall, stairs and storage room.
Then I have sat on my hind legs.
Then they use all the tools they have against you.
Where they give orders to demolish first.
If you don't do that, then there will be fines and enforcement fines.
Which has resulted in them accessing my account to withdraw money.
When they couldn't do it, and get the money they wanted.
Then it was to collect assets where they threatened to forcibly sell the house, car and other things.
They have been and collected the car, and I have basically been standing there without a car back and forth to work.
Now they are demanding 188,000, - NOK and that I tear down the wall, stairs and storage room.

The case is under consideration as I believe that I am allowed to have a wall, and they will make a decision on this.
At the same time, we saw them assessing the storage room and stairs which I expect I will have to tear down and get a fine for this.

Now I don't know what it will all end up in.
But the punishment against me is so strong and extensive.
It is not possible to fully defend yourself against them as they actually have the entire society and the population of Norway on their side.
No newspapers or others will write about the case because they believe that I will only get the punishment and order that I have earned.

Here is the latest writing:

Here is some of what I have asked and written about the case:

Questions for PBE and the illegality follow-up department.

1. When I comply with your order, I want the remaining amount of 188,000, - NOK to be waived.

You have already taken the work car. Then I am probably punished.

2. Do I have to demolish the shed and stairs?

3. Can I keep 0.5 meters of the wall?

According to PBE's own regulations, the minimum height for walls within the small house plan is 0.5 meters. And walls up to 1.5 meters.
Preferably 1 meter and up where the fence I have.
Can I use.
Removing the wall completely is a bad solution.
Keeping some of the wall would be a much better solution.
But reduce it to somewhere between 1 and 0.5 meters.

Can I get an answer from you on this regarding my case where you believe that I have illegal conditions on my property.

The decision you made leaves more questions than answers if I don't know if I can keep the tiny shed.
And the stairs. Which everyone else is allowed to have in similar property as I have.
All houses that have property facing the road have access down towards Stormyrveien.

I would like to remind you that it is my property that is concerned where removing the wall 100% will degrade the property unnecessarily.
The small house plan allows walls of a minimum of 0.5 meters.

Final comment:

The unfair and senseless harsh treatment I am subjected to.
Is completely out of all proportion and reasonableness within what I have done of so-called illegalities.
But okay, here I just have to take the punishment.
And comply with your orders as far as possible.
Even if this will cost me extolig much.
Is anyone interested in supporting me?
Then it is possible to support me with intercession and funds.

Hi!

Haven't heard anything from you in a while.

Hoping for clarification, of course to my advantage as what has been built is as far as I can see.
A clear upgrade of my property.
Where the wall holds the fill materials nicely in place.
Stairs are necessary as my property is so steeply pitched, therefore I am more than anyone else in need of stairs.
The shed, which is only 11 sq m2, allows things to stay dry and fairly secure so that no one else can pick up things on my property.
If the same things are only under a tarpaulin, then it invites others to go straight into the property and take the things that are now in the shed.

I had a reasonable electric car (which in my opinion is one of the best electric cars ever built. A BMW i3).
Which has been replaced by a 20-year-old Passat that uses far above average gasoline. My expenses related to the car have now multiplied several times.
I just hope it lasts.
The electric car I had was sold for 104,000, - NOK and according to the regulations I am allowed to have a car for almost the same amount.
81,858.48 NOK. it was allowed to have another car when you sold the car. But costs and work, so you probably got about 0?
Everything is done with one purpose only, to humiliate me.
I believe that according to the regulations I should have at least received that amount back to buy a new car.
Here I have been subjected to such inhumane treatment that I just don't understand that it is possible.
Just shows the brutality and top-down treatment I am subjected to by the authorities. Here by the debt collection agency (Team Inkasso) and the Bailiff.
I just have to say that I really miss the beautiful and practical EL Car I had that I never had problems with and that cost me almost nothing when I charged it at home in the garage.
Now I have an old worn-out Passat that costs me an incredible amount in maintenance, gasoline and tolls. The car is also an "environmental bomb" compared to the EL Car I had which was in my opinion one of the best things built as an EL Car. You should know how much I miss it.
That one is treated like this by the authorities for trying to get to work every day is a mystery to me and simply heartbreaking!
But human and practical considerations are obviously not emphasized, here one is to be taken so hard that it is not certain that one will be able to continue.
The purpose is obvious, it is only about one thing, to humiliate me.
I think that is shown by the rudeness and brutality of the procedure against me who after all goes to work 100%. Not trying to be a burden to either society or anyone else.
With a relatively long journey, the punishment is, in my opinion, completely inhumane, harsh, rigid, evil, ruthless and meaningless.
Am I really being punished proportionally to what I have done of "violations" more than any person in the Kingdom of Norway?
After all, I have only tried to do the right thing here by upgrading property that moll and other things ran down into the roadway.
Now the fill materials are kept neatly in place.
For me to be punished like this is so beyond words that words are not enough.
In my eyes, black becomes white, and white becomes black.
Where it is obvious that the paragraph on exemption and approval should have been used.
It is a paragraph that is written to use and not set aside in my opinion.
Since what has been built is more of an advantage than a disadvantage, and the law is not significantly set aside as PBE's own regulations provide an opening for walls up to 1.5 meters.
My wall is 1.8 meters, and even though the drop height may not be as high as I thought. Then the law is still not significantly set aside when PBE's own regulations for the small house plan say that you can have a wall of 1.5 meters.
In my case, if you base the drop height where the wall actually stands, I can have a wall of 1 meter according to calculations from experts.
(see attachment.)
I was also advised that I did not have to apply if the wall was not over 2 meters, and built on top of an old wall as I did.

I also hope that I do not have to pay the fine of 188,000, - kr as I have been punished more than enough?
After all, I was advised by the then caseworker over the phone how to build the wall that is if so a nuisance for the Municipality of Oslo.
I do not understand how it is possible to be treated so unreasonably harshly, solely for having tried to upgrade my own property.
It is beyond and beyond my comprehension.
But then I do not understand things that obviously PBE understands better than me?

I hope for a quick decision that is different from the decisions that PBE has reached.

I would also like to say that having a wall, stairs and a storage room is not a criminal act, is it?
Is that something that is normal to have when you have a detached house and have rough terrain, which I guess quite a few people have here in Norway?
That I then have tried to adapt the property, and upgraded it.
Although it turns out that the wall misunderstood the guidance I received from my then case manager.
Is it possible to grant an exemption and approval when it is located on a straight roadway and 1 meter from a paved roadway?
I hope that all previous decisions will be reversed, and everything will be left untouched.
Grant an exemption and approval.

An exemption cannot be granted if the considerations behind the provision from which the exemption is granted, the considerations in the purpose of the law or national or regional interests, are significantly disregarded. The advantages of granting an exemption must clearly outweigh the disadvantages.
Here in my case there are only advantages, not any disadvantages.
When granting an exemption from the law and the regulations to the law, special emphasis must be placed on the consequences of the exemption for health, the environment, soil protection, safety and accessibility.

As far as I can understand, granting me an exemption and approval is a huge advantage.
Not least if you look at the consequences for health, environment, soil protection, safety and accessibility.

I would also like to say in conclusion:
I will go as far as possible to comply with the decision that the PBE or the State Administrator makes.

I just have to finish this case now that I have become a widower and have reduced strength, income and most of it.
Even if it will vandalize and degrade the property.

Yours sincerely
