This is hypocrisy and unbiblical!

We are dealing with a righteous God!

When you actually listen to most Christian preachers and what is conveyed among the faithful. Then it is partly a form of a God who is very gracious towards believers. Because "the blood of Jesus" and everything else "protects" the believers.
While children of the world, God only gets "angrier" and more resentful.

Scripture does not say so. Just listen:
1 Pet. 4. 17 For the time of judgment shall begin with the house of God! But if we are to be first, then what about those who towards the end disobey God's message?
18 For: 'If it is difficult for the righteous to be saved, how will it fare with the wicked and sinners?' WORD 11,31
19 And therefore he who must suffer according to God's will, must surrender his soul to good works in faithfulness to the Creator.

The judgment does not begin with the children of the world, but with the Christians!

Today's preachers and otherwise the faithful are really making a big, big mistake here.
One overlooks sins among the believers, but one overfocuses on the non-believers.
We must have realized that the non-believers are in darkness, and they are ruled by the God of this World in one and all!
They are hopelessly lost, and live a life essentially completely at the mercy of their Lord.
The scriptures are clear on who this is, it is actually the Darkest Prince Satan.

Here are some scriptures that cover what I am saying here:

2 Cor. 4. 4 For the god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see that the light of the glory in the message of Christ, who is in the image of God, shall shine before them.

People who live in darkness and in the light, shouldn't the same be demanded of them?

God is a just God, but the Christians do so many strange things.
It is deafening to see how they demand one and the other from the children of darkness. But they can get themselves to do most things themselves.
Mention an e.g. that remarriage for believers is a sin.
Unfortunately, most people then hear that "the blood of Jesus" covers this.
But it does not, as one must repent before being forgiven.
God he then clearly says in his own word that believers if they are divorced.
They must either reconcile or live single. Do they do something else, by finding a new partner.
Then the scripture says it clearly. That one engages in fornication.
This, then, is the scripture's testimony and clear words.

Luke 16. 18 “Whoever leaves his wife to marry another commits adultery. Also anyone who marries a woman who has been left by her husband commits adultery.”

Room. 7. 1 You are not ignorant, brothers - and I speak to you who know the law - that the law has dominion over a man while he lives.
2 A woman who has a husband is bound to him, but if her husband dies, she is released from her husband's law.
3 If her husband is alive and she stays with another, she shall be called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is free from his law and is not an adulteress if she stays with another man.

Final comment

It is really strange and incomprehensible how one abuses "Jesus' blood", grace, forgiveness, etc. What we see here among the majority of the Christian congregations here in Norway, unfortunately, is the teaching of the Nicolaitans.
Congregant ten in Ephesus had to fight against this heresy, today's Christian congregations live in many ways so that this is included!

What then is the teaching of the Nicolaitans?

I have written something about this in my Bible commentaries from John Revelation 2. 6 But you should have the praise that you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, as I myself do.

This is of course heresy when sin is widely accepted both in our lives and in the church.

It is this, that we believe in God's forgiveness and salvation.

But do not repent and live a Christian life worthy of God and Christ.
This, which is now so widespread among the faithful with i.a. so much remarriage and double standards among the faithful. These are the works or teachings of the Nicolaitans.

Really gets upset when one has to constantly excuse the believers' sin and lack of self-control. Where one apologizes again and again, e.g. remarry.
But other things that are also unbiblical are attacked most strongly.
The scriptures say if you have broken one of God's commandments, you have broken them all.
There is no excuse for any sins. All disobedience is sin.
And one must repent, not just confess.
It is really foreign teaching that is spreading more and more!

Answer:
As I understand the question and what was sent by, the interpretation here is in verse 26 in particular.
27 Are you tied to a woman? Don't try to get loose from her. And if you are free in relation to women, then do not try to find yourself a woman.
28 But if anyone marries, he does not sin. And if a virgin gives in marriage, she has not sinned either. But they can get into trouble in the meat, which I want to spare them.

The fact that this should be discussed as granting eligibility for remarriage sounds very far-fetched.

What the Apostle points out is for both the unmarried man and the virgin.
That a marriage will also be demanding in relation to the meat.
Do not talk about our desires etc. which are natural and God-given.
But simply, the challenges of supporting and being responsible for family and children.
Where one simply wants to inflict work and responsibility on oneself in addition to being a Jesus witness!

Can't see that this here deals with remarriage until the end of the chapter.
Where the Apostle gives the opportunity for the widow or widower to start a new marriage, if one wishes there. One is no longer bound.
It is only death that in reality gives rise to a new marriage for believers.

You further ask about the following:

As I said, the scriptures are clear, it is only by death that one is "released" if one is married.

What does Abuse mean? Here's a little hint!

Assault is not defined in the Criminal Code, unlike rape, which has its own definition as "sexual intercourse using violence or threatening behaviour, or with someone who is unconscious or incapable of resisting the act".

Where the authorities defend each other in lies and distortion of the facts in the case! Insanity set into a system has actually partly become the way of life of the Norwegian authorities. Where everyone protects each other, even abuse and lies!
Madness put into a system is this case of ours, which is being uncovered.

February 2017. 27 years after my meeting with Arnold Juklerød and his slogans at Gaustad Hospital in Oslo, I meet the wall newspapers again.

Parallels to Ibsen
Theater manager Thomas Bye himself had not heard of the querulous telemarking until Morten Cranner came and wanted to tell the story.

Cranner believes that Juklerød, just like Ibsen's Brand, was willing to die for his cause. And that we can also see it in our days.

Anti-psychiatric movement

The mention of Juklerød depended on who was asked. His supporters described him as "kind, thoughtful and hard-working". The opposite poles characterized him as a "paranoid querulous with religious fundamentalism".

In the 1980s and 1990s, the querulous telemarking was an icon of a kind of anti-psychiatric movement.

In the years he lived as an occupier inside the welfare building or outside in a tent, Juklerød was approached by a long number of opposition doctors and psychiatrists from, among others, Sweden, Denmark and the USA. There were people who questioned the prevailing policy in psychiatric treatment, not least the use of drugs on what they called defenseless people.

His support group reacted to what Juklerød told, the message in the wall newspapers, but also to the way he was treated by the leading doctors at Gaustad, where he was at times denied contact with the outside world - journalists and other visitors.
