We see on the news that Norway's Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Finance and almost all politicians.
Especially on the red-green side lie more or less daily.
They do not remember where they lie. Lie when they do not remember.
Of course they know when they change their mind and position.
And who promotes this. Lies and misleading are now almost "normal!"

That one cannot then imagine that Oslo Municipality's employees also lie is somewhat incredible to me.
Not only do they lie, they do not remember conversations.
Distorts reality and attributes views that I have never had or intended.
This for a cormorant wall, stairs and shed that has upgraded both my property.
As well as the entire residential area and down towards Stormyrveien.
Where it is now dry and nice. Where it used to be dark, dirty and damp.
I really don't understand why more people are interested?
On top of it all after upgrading my property and what has been built is almost legal. For the wall to be 30 cm higher than allowed, there was PBE guidance that they don't remember today. But I do!
And not least, it is nice and functional.
That one should then pay such an astronomical amount as 280,000, - kr for having done a good deed and a good piece of work.
Is to me so sadistic and evil to the point. That one, as the press, politicians and ordinary people. Is not interested and wants to speak out and influence that the madness and witch hunt against me will end!
It is completely incomprehensible to me, simply incomprehensible!

To understand my case, I have not done anything wrong in this case

I first called down how to build the wall.
Then PBE claims that they do not remember.
Says that my plot is flat, even though it is steep.
Therefore I will tear down the wall, and if not I have to pay them 280,000, - kr. to have a flat plot.
Even though it is steep.
Others in a similar situation are allowed to build walls of 5 meters or whatever is needed.
The environmental benefits of the wall, and everything that is in my favor is being rewritten and lied about is a problem.
I have upgraded the property and done good.
PBE claims that doing good is directly evil and harmful.
In other words, here lies are presented as truth by Oslo Municipality.
Then not aligning with a narrative and lies, is now punished with a total of 280,000, - kr.
Can anyone understand this?

Sadism is the right word to punish me for upgrading my property

Where one does right to wrong, and wrong to right.
Sadism in the classical sense denotes a characteristic of people who experience pleasure or satisfaction by humiliating or oppressing others or by inflicting pain on them.
Such people are employed in droves in the Oslo Municipality.
Where they protect each other, and obviously an inner satisfaction is obtained by, among other things, setting such outrageous demands that they should have almost 300,000, - kr from me.

That when a credit check checks me, I stand as a man who does not settle for me.

Here in this case, they are the exact opposite.
Where I who have upgraded my property, and who am allowed to have a 1.5 meter wall.
Where PBE and Oslo Municipality say that I am only allowed to have a 0.5 meter wall as our plot is flat. They themselves have written the opposite, that the level difference is quite large. A full 5 meters.
Then punishing me with gigantic fines of 280,000, - kr only shows that they are not "normal" people. But obviously controlled by Satan and his demons.
Because such behavior is so evil, and directly controlled by darkness, that there is no wonder.
Here it is demonic forces and governance that are riding these people in Oslo Municipality.

I called down and asked how I was going to build the wall.
This was in 2013 when we had just moved in.
The caseworker then said that if I built a low wall under 2 meters then I did not have to apply. Because there was a wall there already.
We built the wall, and then they went on an inspection afterwards.
The wall was built in 2014, and after the inspection in 2015, this became an illegality case.
Even though I was guided by a caseworker who then suddenly did not remember the conversation.
My now deceased wife and I protested this, and we were ordered to demolish.
The reason was that we had a flat plot.
We live under a regulation here in Oslo called the small house plan.
This includes approx. 29,000 housing units.
In short, the rules say that with a flat plot, you are allowed to have a wall of max 0.5 meters.
I have pointed out that we do not have a flat plot, which everyone can see.
In the framework permit when the house was approved for construction.
PBE itself wrote that the level difference is 5 meters.
Then we are allowed to have a wall of 1.5 meters.
I have written to both the PBE and the State Administrator that they can either approve a 1.5 meter wall.
Or we get a dispensation and approval to keep our 1.8 meter wall.
They are not answering us, or me.
Since they have obviously put so much prestige into this case, that I will be broken.
That has been Astrid Myhra, PBE and Oslo Municipality's agenda for a long time.
What should one do when one does not even get in touch?
No newspapers or politicians will help me and take up the matter.
Everyone is as conflict-averse, and let PBE continue as they do.

Our job is to collect the claim on behalf of the Planning and Building Agency and when there is a final decision, we must deal with this. If your appeal had been successful and the enforcement fines had been declared invalid, we would also have had to deal with this. We have nothing more to add on this topic and therefore will not respond to further inquiries regarding this objection.

Sexual killers are the employees of Oslo Municipality!

We know that they are sick predators who kill not to eat.
But they harm and kill like a monster.
The term "sexual killer" is usually used to describe a person who kills others for their own satisfaction or pleasure, without necessary survival reasons such as food or self-defense. When they took the car from me and my now deceased wife Berit is such an example.
This was basically her car, bought with her inheritance money from her mother.

An insignificant amount that they "earned" by doing this.
But they are "pleasure killers."
Love to create nausea and the most possible difficulties for me, and for my wife when she was alive.
I needed a car to and from work, they admitted that.
And the regulations said the same thing. That I would then get money to buy a car that was according to the regulations. 82,000, - NOK.
But this was not followed even though I pointed this out. Evil and causing me as much trouble and harm as possible is their only goal. As the whole case against me and my now deceased wife has been about.
There was only one car registered to me, they took it.
I was completely put on the back burner, such people in their evil and sadism.

This case seems to me to be catching almost no one's attention?
Here I have upgraded my property.
Everything is in order.
