I can’t pursue the case either as I have the entire government apparatus against me.
Where everyone defends each other, and how can you get ahead?
I don’t know, as Norway and Oslo have become a Nazi regime where you have no way of getting ahead without getting help from others.
No one is willing or dares to help me?
Then you are left there, almost hopelessly “lost!”
I don’t know how to get ahead!

I am convinced that even Adolf Hitler and the Nazis would not have felt uncomfortable in Norway and Oslo when you can terrorize and witch hunt a citizen like they do with me.
Where I have tried to upgrade MY PROPERTY WITH A NICE WALL, A NICE SHOP AND A NICE STAIRCASE!

To understand how bad this case is, one must take the starting point that I have only and solely made a "mistake" in upgrading my property!

I would like to point out again that what has been done on my part is not as "illegal" as PBE and Oslo Municipality claim it is.
Since PBE and Oslo Municipality claim something that is not true.
That the plot is flat, which it is not.
And the excesses with regard to the utilization rate on the plot are minimal.
So that the shed is almost as legal as the wall is.
I have sent suggestions on how to solve this, which they are not responding to.
The state administrator has responded with a woolly and misleading answer where they claim I have claimed something I have not claimed.

In reality, I am being punished as if I were a criminal for having upgraded my property!

Right now, or rather last weekend, there was a major incident at Carl Berner not far from where we live. Where large rock masses fell out.
This was a huge thing, which is understandable.

The wall that I have built, which is located on a sharp slope.
Made that before we built it, there was loose masses that flowed down into the roadway.
This problem has now been completely solved, and everything is now in order as the wall holds the loose masses in place. With us, it is the opposite, now it works and everything is great!

When it comes to the shed, PBE and Oslo Municipality want us to have plastic over our things rather than a shed that keeps everything dry and safe inside.
Anything that is for my benefit and the benefit of the surroundings is not emphasized at all.
The stairs are also really for our and everyone's benefit. When we used to have to throw ourselves down a rope to get down to Stormyrveien. And now we have two ways to get to our property. With regard to normal traffic and if, for example, medical transport, fire and other things, there are two ways to get from and to us. This is of course very positive and necessary. For PBE and Oslo Municipality, this is something they do not emphasize at all.
Also, I rent out part of the house and the tenant has a much easier way back and forth because he has his car parked down in Stormyrveien as free parking is down in Stormyrveien. Which means that his car and if he is going to take the bus also have a much easier and better way than he would have had if we had not had those stairs.
In other words, everything that has been built.
It is both necessary and appropriate.
Why then do the Oslo Municipality and the authorities act in pure and simple Nazi style towards me who is now alone after Berit died?
It is completely incomprehensible and meaningless to me!

The problem for me is that I have no form of help, therefore the Nazi State and Nazi Oslo can continue as they do!

When the whole case against me is completely absurd and makes zero sense.
Get a fine of 280,000, - kr for having upgraded my own property.
Where everything that has been built is almost legal.
Have actually done everything right, when I called down in advance and was guided how to build the wall.
They stole my/our car even though they admitted that I needed the car.
The disproportionate and direct Satanic evil that lies behind it all.
As the Nazis were allowed to operate, so operate the Nazi State Norway and Nazi Oslo.
It is an abuse to the point where I am treated like a criminal for making my property simply fantastic.

The problem is, among other things, that most people do not come up in such situations as the PBE and the authorities are generally lenient towards most people, but not towards me!

They act like tyrants towards me, but I have repeatedly written about the great discrimination they do. Then to my disfavor.
When everyone who had been in my and my now deceased wife Berit's situation.
Had received dispensation and approval for similar circumstances.
When it is all about something that is completely insignificant, and which I have sent proposals that I can change if they wish.
Or I get dispensation and approval for what is of insignificant and trivial excesses. What should one do then?

Important to understand that it is PBE and Oslo Municipality that do not follow the law!

We have followed and are following the Law. When I called down, and received guidance.
When I found out that the plot was not flat as PBE claims, but the level difference is very large. A whole 5 meters which makes our wall almost legal.
Time and again, it is the Oslo Municipality that breaks all the laws they want and can.
Solely to destroy me, and the hatred in these people is completely out of all proportion and they have no control over what they are doing.
They are obviously driven by their rigid and meaningless hatred and dislike of me for really no reason or meaning.

Final comment:

That is something that most people probably think, just tear it down and pay the fine.
Then the matter is over.
Now I owe almost 200,000, - NOK.
With demolition to drive everything away, the amount will quickly reach half a million.

Should I really do this?
Then only to comply with this Nazi scheme of the Oslo Municipality.
Isn't it right that someone stands up against the Nazi scheme here in Norway?
This is just pure idiocy, completely meaningless and has only one purpose.
That Nazi Oslo gets its way!
Right now I think that they can do whatever they want.
They have sold the car, that now that I am left alone they will sell the house by force.
Then they can just do it, I know that I am fighting a battle against some people who have exactly the same spirit and attitudes that the Nazis had who were doing this to gain dominance over others.
There is so much in common here, and I can only put everything in the hands of God and Jesus!
I can't see that I have done or am doing anything wrong.
By pointing out this injustice, and the pointless and direct Satanic witch hunt on me for upgrading my own property.

Here you see a picture of the wall, stairs and shed that I am going to demolish, and return to the slush and misery that was there before I built this.
I can't see that I have done any injustice to Nazi Norway and Nazi Norway the way they are acting against me here.
How to act against injustice and this assault against me.
I don't really know because no one wants or dares to stand up and speak my case!
I have only made a "mistake!". Upgraded the property, and succeeded in it. When PBE and Oslo Municipality think that this is so bad. That they are demanding 280,000, - NOK from me, and think they are doing the "right thing!" Then you are so twisted that in my eyes you should go to hell. And understand that then you are on a par with the Nazis who did everything they could to eradicate and erase everyone who in one way or another thought and believed something different from themselves!
To me, this is such reckless behavior.
Then the intervention against me is unreasonable, disproportionate and rigid action, that words are not enough.
It is okay that you can point out that there is a wall that is 30 cm too high, and a shed with 3 m2 with the utilization rate of the plot is exceeded.
But everyone else in a similar situation, and with up to 60 times greater excesses. Easily gets exemption and approval.
Just not me, even though I was both guided how to build.
Also, that what I have built is a huge environmental gain!
They should have given exemption and approval for the wall, stairs and shed many years ago.
And have not for years been pursuing and hunting down a law-abiding and good citizen of the Capital!
