Nr. 499:

Todd Bentley remarried with his former nanny - popular as never before in the Pentecostal charismatic circles where Gods Channel fronts him through his television broadcasts to millions!

Matt. 24th 11 And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray.

2 Tim. 4 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lusts take themselves teachers in droves, because the itching ears, 4 and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and be turned unto fables.

2 Thess. 2 9 And his coming is after the working of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, 10 and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And therefore God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Todd Bentley is a false prophet based on scriptural testimony about him.

From Wikipedia: (born 10 January 1976) is a Canadian Christian evangelist. He was a key figure in the Lakeland revival. After a short break, he returned to service after divorce his first wife and subsequent remarriage (freely translated by me). (End of quote).

We live in a religious twisted world where it is actually today is the Pentecostal Charismatic Christians have been the most twisted to believe in signs, wonders and miracles, but not in a sacred and given life!

When I was saved for well over thirty years ago it was something that was taught and debated. It was that gift and use the fruit should go hand in hand. Today it's about to slip completely in many Pentecostal Charismatic communities. And this also makes this so alarming is that if there are any within its the Pentecostal charismatic groups and churches who see this and warns against this. They are either ostracized, ignored or otherwise not taken into account. We see today that takes both preachers, new methods, new learning and mostly to be new but who compromise and accept God's word. Where will this end? As I see it, it will end with this as we have already mentioned above. But we can also include what Jesus himself said in the Sermon on the Mount.

Matt. 7 21 "Not everyone who says 'Lord, Lord' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Heavenly Father. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and we have not driven out demons in Your name done many wonderful works?' 23 And then will I declare to them, : You have never known me. Depart from me, you who are doing lawlessness. "24" Therefore everyone who hears these words, and doeth them, compared to a wise man who built his house upon a rock. 25 The rain came, the flood and the winds blew, and beat, but the house did not fall, for it was built on a cliff. 26 But anyone who hears my words and doeth them not, is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27 The rain came, the flood and the winds blew and beat against that house until it collapsed - and the fall was powerful. "

Note that they have positively made under the name of Jesus, it happened, but the Lord Jesus says depart from me, but why? They had lived in lawlessness and disobeyed the word of God in their lives.

"You evildoers." Greek: "anomia" which means "lawless" or "lovfri"

Jesus gave several bids, including that after the divorce was an either remain single or be reconciled to her. This was a commandment of Jesus, the Apostle Paul says:

1 Cor. 7 10 The married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, that a wife should not separate herself from her husband; 11 but she is separated from him when she abide, being unmarried or be reconciled herself with her husband - and that a man shall put away his wife.

Todd Bentley is re-married recently and as a Christian, then live directly against Jesus' commandment that everyone else remarriage as believers do.

He was first married to Shonnah Bentley. So they had a nanny that he fell in love, divorced and then married Jessa Hasbrook. This is both obscene, against what Jesus said and utterly reprehensible when he should be a model and example for other believers.

Todd Bentley flying around on stage and act like he is influenced by fabric with black eyes. Good Channel sends him very much and when I have seen some of this to inform me I become both appalled and frightened. How far into the night we arrived? And he is tattooed all over him and he screams Bam when he teaches both, ask for baptizing people. Bam seems to me that an invocation of evil spirits. In other words, Bentley is posessed or heavily influenced by evil spirits. The witnesses all his life and behavior.

Sølve E. Salty has written about this which I reproduce here:

Beware of false prophets!

Beware of false prophets! They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. By their fruits ye shall know them. Matthew 7:15-16

Beware of false prophets. They look like real prophets, they look like burning Christian leaders. We live in a time of many false prophets. They are found in various churches and Christian movements. They can stand up as bishops or priests, emiserer or charismatic miracle men, theology professors or edification authors. It's not like we can just throw a quick glance at them to ascertain - it's a wolf. No, outwardly they appear as ministers of God, but the objection, on the inside, where our eyes can not see, there are ravenous wolves. There is much at stake. A false prophet is a ferocious wolf that tears Jesus' body into pieces. The Bible warns us: Many false prophets will appear and deceive many. Matthew 24:11 Beloved, believe not every spirit! Try the spirits whether they are of God! For there are many false prophets gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1 the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith. They should stick to seducing spirits, and demons learn from lying hypocrites with scorched conscience. 1 Tim 4:1-2

The Bible states that false prophets are and that they will try to deceive us. There are seducing spirits, and there are so-called Christian teaching that comes from demons. Many Christians will be deceived, because they took care of the false prophets, because their pastors are not called a "warning" and led the crowd to a safe resting place.

How can Christians be deceived? How can Christians be victims of false prophets? Why do we not see their true nature? We have the Holy Spirit. Would not he warn and guide us away from the wolves? The Holy Spirit can and will sustain us. But he needs us in obedience keeps us in God's word. Jesus said: Whoever loves me will keep my word. Joh 2:23 p.m.. We can not rest and rely on the Spirit's protection if we leave and fails it means he will preserve and protect us through: Word. The answer to why Christians are deceived by false prophets is very simple: Jesus said, "Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. Matthew 10:29 p.m.

We are being deceived because we do not know the Scriptures and thus do not judge prophecy, teaching and revival movements from the Bible. We err, we do not know the power of God as revealed in the Bible. Since we do not know the Holy Spirit as revealed in the Bible, we can easily jump on anything that seems spiritual, everything that is said to be an outpouring of the Spirit. And we do this even if there are demons teach, and though the prophet has his power from Satan. My people will perish because it does not know God. Hosea 4:6

We live in a vulnerable time, I would say that we Christians in Norway today, yes across Europe and North America live in a particularly dangerous and vulnerable state. Our spiritual power is weakened through our bundenhet to materialism. The Bible exhorts us to have your mind on things that are above, not on things on the earth (Col. 3:2). The truth for many of us is that our mind is turned towards the earth. Paul writes: No soldier can be prevent the activities of daily life, for he can not do that commander will. (2 Tim 2:4) Many of us are so tied up in daily tasks, that we are not able to do it Marshalling our will. God of this world, Satan has caught us, tied us to the earth, and robbed us of spiritual power and vision. This he managed in that world, what we see, hear and experience has taken place the Word in our hearts and our minds. We are a generation of Christians, concerned about earthly things and without the right knowledge of God through the Word. In this our spiritual poverty, it is a hunger and a longing for more of God. We understand that we are poor, we do not have the intellectual richness that is naturally in a Christian life. In our hunger, I am afraid that we eat anything, without judging the food we open our soul. Instead of opening the gjenkastede wells, the Word and prayer well, so we let ourselves get seduced by Satan to use our material prosperity to chase / buy Spiritual experience / the right anointing, or whatever it was called. We have the money to travel around the world in search of God and his revival campaign, but we forget that the word is near us.

Do not think to yourself, 'Who will ascend into heaven? - That is, to bring Christ down - or, Who shall descend into the abyss? - That is, to bring Christ up from the dead. But what does it say? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. Romans 10:6-8

It is in my opinion dangerous to pursue spiritual experiences, more of God in one's life, if one is not rooted and grounded in the word. Searching into the spiritual world, without making it through word - Yeah, you never know what you will encounter and who will welcome you on the other side. When your hunger reaches his hand into the invisible reality, so you do not know whether it is God or the devil that welcomes you. The devil is a reality, and he has an army of fallen demons and false prophets who are more than willing to seduce you. These are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. It is no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Then it is not strange if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. But in the end shall be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15

Do not eat anything as long as you are hungry. Hunger is good! Eat word and cry to Jesus for revival and life. Judge prophecy and prophets from the Bible, and hold fast that which is good. Do not extinguish the Spirit, do not despise prophecy, but test everything and hold fast that which is good. 1 Thessalonians 5:19-21 Then we will no longer be immature, not tossed to and fro and run with the wind from any doctrine, then we will exchange for men fake games and their deceitful tricks. Ephesians 4:14

By their fruits ye shall know them. Matthew 7:16 a Jesus tells us to recognize false prophets when we study the fruits of their service. We should together consider some characteristics of false prophets. Features: Easy to damage the doctor of my people prophets and priests all hazards with betrayal. Convenient to the doctor the damage to my people when they say, "Peace, peace," and there is no peace. Jeremiah 6:13 b-14

A Prophet's mission in the Old Testament was to arouse / convert the people with his message. The Prophet was by speaking the word of God into people's lives and situation call the people back to a life in accordance with God's word, under God's dominion. A pattern in the prophetic ministry is: Judgment for the people's revolt, warning of the consequences continued disobedience will present an offer of grace / salvation if one receives the message. In certain cases it may also be a question of a comforting message, an exhortation to the people to hold on to the promises of God in a dark and difficult time, God is faithful to his word and will fulfill his promises.

A Prophet's mission is still to this day to speak the word of God into the situation of God's people find themselves in. A prophet shall still call God's people to repentance, to a life according to the Word, and in hard times comforted by pointing to the promises and God's faithfulness. The false prophets did not give the people the word of God, and called two of the people to repentance and settlement. The prophet Jeremiah we read: I have not sent these prophets, yet they run, I have not spoken to them, yet they act as prophets. But if they had stood in my counsel, they could have proclaimed my words to my people and got it to turn from their evil ways and their evil deeds. Jeremiah 23:21-22

At a time when Christianity is verdsligjort, godliness absent, and apostasy from God's word obvious, it is imperative that a prophet used by God to a Spirit's action, prosecute apostasy and call to repentance. The grace of God has appeared for the salvation of all people. And his grace teaches us to tell us ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for our hopes to get his blessed, and that our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ shall appear in glory. Titus 2:11-13

God's grace does two things in us when we receive it through the Word: salvation and upbringing. It teaches us to tell us ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives. When a prophet's task and give the word of God to man, to his service, by word, real salvation and upbringing. He will call people away from ungodliness and worldly lusts, so that we who saved lives in self-controlled, upright and godly lives.

Therefore, there is every reason to be skeptical of prophets / revival movements that do not take honest reckoning with sin, which drives out there that violates God's word. Prophets who want to place new furniture in the Spirit Temple without first asking for that sin old furniture thrown out - these prophets will effortlessly medical injury in the people of God, and is not to be trusted. They are not sent by God, they do not preach the word of God to the people so that it turns. When this is not in the center, or even absent, we have every reason to be wary of so-called prophets, no matter what they are called and how many thousands or millions they hailed from. When God's people have fallen from the Word and bound in sin, it does not help with false grace, bodily healing, lattervekkelser, gold teeth, kjærlighetsekstaser, church growth tools or whatever else it than should be. For these things are just scratching the surface of the issues that bind us. Convenient to the false prophets doctor damage to my people.

Few words about Natural church growth and the large number of conferences aimed to empower and equip Christians for service. This is also a form of prophetic ministry, since it will help God's people out of the difficult situation we are in. We can today be tempted to believe that the solution to the de-Christianization of Norway and decay among Christians is to raise the quality of the activities and make our message more relevant. It may be well intended by proponents page, but I fear that Satan here can use this to seduce us. I'm not fundamentally opposed conferences, but when our relationship with God is not right, when we are stuck in His Word, all human wisdom to folly. I am afraid that in our labor and striving after being equipped and skillfully made to service being made useless for God.

False prophets can both entertain and heal. They can trick people out of grace and into legalism. They can seduce people to abuse the grace of a dissolute life. They can also lure people to put their own sense of wisdom in God's word. False prophets can have a varied message. They can persuade people of God to both activity and passivity. Common to all versions is that their message does not lead to God's relationship being played. People are never free from their sins and the power of Satan, the false prophets service. We can be both healed, inspired and be filled with seducing spirits, and this can probably experienced amazing, but it is the work of Satan and intend to overthrow God's own people into damnation.

It is these I look gracious to: the helpless who feel crushed and who trembles at my word. Isaiah 66:2 b

Characteristics: The Word of God is overshadowed by visions / revelations / experience. Visions, revelations and experiences are at the forefront of the false prophets. They can still use the Bible, but they tear it apart and change its meaning. The prophet Jeremiah we read: I've heard what they say, the prophets that prophesy lies in my name. "I have dreamed, I have dreamed," they say. How long do they think so, these prophets that prophesy lies and proclaim their deceitful antics? With dreams which they tell each other, they think to cause my people to forget me, just as their fathers forgot my name, and served Baal. The prophet who has a dream tell the dream, but he that hath my word, shall certainly speak my words.

What has straw in common with wheat? declares the LORD. My word, is not it like a fire, like a sledge hammer that shatters rock? says the Lord. Therefore, I turn to the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words from one another. See, I turn against the prophets, saith the Lord, those who preach oracles if given the tongue of the slide. I turn to the prophets who lie dreams and tells them, says the Lord. They lead my people astray by their lies and their instability. I have not sent them or given them any work, and they are certainly not for the benefit of this people, says the Lord. Jeremiah 23:25-32

Next time you hear a preacher who talks about her dreams and visions, so do not believe that everything is God only on the stage holding a Bible in his hand and citing verses such words spurts. So did the devil. When he tried to seduce Jesus with his vision, he built the lies by quoting the Bible (Matthew 4). No wonder that his servants, the false prophets is his master's footsteps. They use the Bible to support their lies and visions. Notice teaching - is it the Word is preached, the word given authority, or the visions, dreams and revelations that are in the center.

When false prophets claim that Jesus physically show up at revival meetings, their coming into conflict with Jesus' own words: if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is Christ,' or, 'There he is,' do not believe it! For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders, if possible to bring even the elect. Now I have told you in advance! So if anyone says to you, 'Look, He is in the wilderness,' do not go out, or, 'Behold, he is in a room in there,' do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so will the Son of Man be. Where the carcass is, the vultures will gather Matthew 24:23-28

When false prophets come with silly statements like: See he's in a room there, so we should not believe them. They use their revelations and visions to increase his spiritual authority.

Many Christians in Norway are deceived by false teaching about visions, dreams and inner experiences of God's voice. From various quarters will be taught that if you close your eyes, invite the Holy Spirit in and then listening, then yes you will often or always get something. You just have to train yourself and sharpen your senses so you can hear and recognize the Spirit's voice. Where in the Bible they find evidence of such a doctrine? Are all prophets (1 Corinthians 24:29) The Bible speaks of dreams and visions a reality of God's people by Åndsutgytelsen at Pentecost. So yes, we believe that God speaks through dreams and visions, but from there to believe that anyone with ease can get it as fast as his eyes closed, is heresy. Am I a God who is near? Jer 11:23 p.m. biblical prophets could wait years for God to reveal His word to them. But we all grew up with fastfood expect eternal God to fill our need for spiritual experience as fast as the burger ends up in the hands of a hamburger restaurant.

To be in the Lord's Biblical and right. It may be contenders to be stationary. We sin mobiles, and a whole world that prisoners and prisons our thoughts. According to the Bible it is to confess sin, a necessary part of having fellowship with a Holy God, Hebrews 12:1-2, 1 John 1:6-10, Lk 18:9-14, Psalm 32:5. Our thoughts are helped to be directed at Jesus through reading His Word. Jesus himself says to Martha in Luke 10:38-42, that Mary has chosen the good part when she chose to be silent before the Lord in His Word.

In our time, a new learning crept in; Lie down and relax, so will your Heavenly Dad fill you with His Holy Spirit. Where in the Bible is such a doctrine rooted? It easily wins followers, for the haste it feels so good to finally get to relax in the face of God. I also believe that God can speak to us, both when we are, standing and walking, cooking dinner and drive to work. But there are dozens of times we do these everyday things without God speaks. Do you expect God to speak to you and fill you each time you take a nap on the floor, even when you forget that a lot of things come up in our mind when your eyes closed and your body settles. When the Bible and confession are away from a rest in the Lord, even when I am afraid there will be a lot of rest and little of the Lord. It is not dangerous to lie still on the floor, and desire to be with his Heavenly Father is a good choice. As I consider it, there are two dangers of such practices. The doctrine, which makes people believe that by lying on the floor being filled with Holy Spirit and all the errors that can emerge when one devoted to his own thoughts get visions and revelations .. This is a devil's masterpiece. He gives God's people a new activity, as they think they are Spirit-filled through and take the Word and prayer from us as payment. I am afraid that thousands of people lying down with the wrong expectations, they are unprotected and heart opened for hours on the floor, no wonder they both hear and experience something, seducing spirits can get their chance of a lifetime to rapid progress. This is God's way of renewal and revival of his people.

Do not let your crown be stolen from you by those who give themselves with what they call self-denial, and engledyrkelse, and adhere to the visions they had. Colossians 2:18

Characteristics: They are looking for their own gain. You are wise, tolerate the love people have lost sanity. For you bear it if someone makes slaves of you, suck and catches you, treat you superior, slaps you in the face. I must confess with shame that we have been too weak for that! 1 Corinthians 11:19-21

But there were also false prophets among the people, and likewise must act heretics among you. They are looking for money and dangers of poetry and deception to capitalize on you .. 2 Peter 2:1 a, 3a

The false prophets, the so-called super-apostles, did Korintmenigheten slaves. They tied them to themselves, not to Christ. They were looking for their money and material possessions. Paul asks this in contrast to himself that laid careful to not be paid. Furthermore - these fake super-apostles treated the Christians in Corinth superior, and went so far as to turn those in face while carrying out their ministry.

This is not unknown in our days, which inflated super-apostles, false prophets bind people to themselves, they rely on their business, are looking for their money, they treat superior and even use physical force and strike them in the face. Admittedly, this is done spiritually to be violence done in the Spirit. According to the Bible is clear that God commands His servants to buckle sick people in the face, knocking or take stranglehold etc. It is possible that these false prophets will hear a voice, but it is not God's voice. Physical violence done in the name of God, according to Paul, a hallmark of the false apostles. It may well have been many miracles in these violent super apostles service, but God does not stand behind them. He works miracles to confirm the salvation message of Jesus, not to give sick and violent people spiritual authority. Beware of false prophets!

Characteristics: Fake news But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For you tolerate it very well so when someone comes and preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted. I think that I do not in the least inferior to those of the apostles. 2 Corinthians 11:3-5

Gospel distorted to primarily be about this life. Focus will be a better life here and now. It is still spoken about Jesus and the cross, but the really big good news is that you can be saved from destitution, poverty and health problems. Through Spiritual insight and the right techniques, you can learn how to get your needs in this life satisfied. It's just about getting the right "faith position", then you can get most served on a of gold by ministering angels etc.. Jesus said that His kingdom was not of this world. The Bible promises us never progress and wealth as fruit of our discipleship. On the contrary, we are assured necessity of self-denial, the world's hatred, struggle against Satan and our sinful nature and persecution. Paul corrected those who claimed that godliness was a means of gain here and now. Godliness with contentment is great gain, but the rush for wealth has plunged many (believers) into perdition. (See Matthew 16:24-26, John 15:18-19, Galatians 5:16-17, Ephesians 6:10 - 12, 1 Peter 5:8-11, 2 Timothy 3:12, 1 Timothy 6:3-10)

Rogue grace: Lawlessness or legalism. In our time it is likely that lawlessness is the biggest challenge. Many false prophets, priests, bishops and preachers runs errands for Satan in this case. A abusing God's grace to live dissolute life of sin (Jude v. 4). A minister grace in such a way that the Christian sins of peace in the heart, so that the fall will remain in the fall and ends in apostasy and perdition. Lawlessness has spread with great strength of our country. Christian bookstores overflow of its advocates, and the false grace preached in the Norwegian Church, as well as congregations and houses of worship. The false grace never carry a man to heaven. Those who teach false grace tells touching stories, but they nullify God's specific commands and will in the name of love.

He who conceals his sins shall not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy. Proverbs 28:13 The wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts enter and return to the Lord, He will show mercy to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. Isaiah 55:7

Characteristics: Spirit / the Anointing / The Messiah will be glorified instead of Christ. Jesus said He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. John 4:14 p.m.. In other words, the Spirit will glorify Christ. In a number of so-called revivals Christ comes in the background. A speaker is still a bit of cross and blood, but what really grabs the hearts and prisons mind is the spirit or the anointed prophet / his anointing. In this case, we should be wary. For where God's Spirit is in control, where Christ is glorified, without distinction shared with anyone.

Characteristics: False prophets creates false disciples: Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord! Have we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in Your name, and done many mighty works in your name? And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you who do iniquity! Matthew 7:22-23

A fruit of a false prophet service is false disciples, deceived Christians, whose own life in God. They think they are on the right path. They think that they are God's servants who perform miracles in Jesus' name - but one day Jesus will say a harsh judgment on their lives, I never knew you. Away from me you evildoers. It is painful to think of the devil, who can turn himself into an angel of light, and his servants, both seducing spirits and false prophets, manages to seduce thirsty and hungry Christians. They seduce Christians who thirst for the living water, but drinking the wrong wells. It's sad and scary that this seduction happens so peaceful and gentle that victims do not even notice that grace life dies out, that the Holy Spirit with grief leaves the heart and seducing spirits fills the empty house. The false prophets are themselves deceived by satan. We should beware of them, but also pray that they must find a way to repentance, so that they can get out of the trap Satan has trapped them in.

A Christian who becomes a victim of a false prophet, and that gives this false doctrine and spirituality so huge and influence in his life that he finally gets completely absorbed, will probably not even be aware of its true condition. Therefore, it is also incredibly hard to get through to Christians deceived when Satan has got them in their power. They think they are on truth and justice side, and that they are filled with the Holy Spirit.

There are degrees of seduction. We have probably all in different mon, unhealthy and false teachings in our hearts and minds. Therefore, each of us will present us in the Word of light, so that the individual can try if he is in the faith, cf 2 Cor 13:5. Seduction starts small, small deviations from the God word. It comes quietly and imperceptibly and seem inviting. Although it may seem trivial and harmless, it is dangerous, because it leads us away from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ, cf 2 Cor 11:5

Beware of the false prophets. Do not think that anyone with a Bible in hand and with Jesus' name on the tongue would you wealth. Beware. Look not only on the exterior. Stand in word and judge Prophet and his message from the Bible. Skip not so easy on a new lesson surge Easy will heal the damage in the people of God. Many false prophets have come forward and many will come forward. Beware not to fall prey to men fake games and their deceitful tricks. (End of quote).
