No. 1672:
Oslo Municipality is "satisfied" after I tore down the wall and paid the giga fine, they are not pursuing me for "illegal" shed and stairs!
This is how it looks today, not very good but it has become green.

After I tore down the wall and paid a total of almost 300,000, - kr to Municipal Debt Collection.
No newspapers or anyone will write about this abuse case.
For this inhumane and totally inconsiderate treatment I have received.
Where I called down and was instructed how to build the wall.

Then it has been followed by lawsuits, unwillingness, orders, fines and recovery of, among other things, a car.

Here is the "little" man in the street who is completely run over by the authorities!
I have done what I could to keep the wall.
But after my wife Berit died last year, I no longer had the strength and resources in me to fight.
I hired a demolition company, and the wall was removed.
Afterwards, PBE was "satisfied" and will not give additional fines and other things.
Then the alternative is to leave them as they are, or apply for approval and see what comes out of it all.
The case against me and my late wife Berit Nyland Christensen shows a brutality, senselessness and idiocy that cannot be defended by any rules and so-called discrimination.
The wall that we built was no embarrassment or obstacle to a person or a vehicle.
It is perfectly fine that I should have applied and not blindly trusted my then caseworker Kaja Aubert Lange.

Is Norway and especially Oslo where those who want something and succeed at something should be taken?
For me, what I have experienced is a form of Jante Law put into the system.
If you are completely out of control, then there is mercy to be had.
But like me and my now deceased wife built a great wall.
Should be punished as harshly as possible.
Even when they took the car, the judges justified it by saying that I was so resourceful, if they took the car, I would get to work anyway.
The thinking is that if you can manage.
Then it is entirely possible to try to break you by any means.
It is so rotten that it is possible that it could end up in my eyes and ears!
Final comment:
What can one say?
I just had to finally give up to finish with the madness of the Oslo Municipality and their entire apparatus.
You can't endlessly fight yourself to the death.
Sometimes it is just important to let the madmen win with force.
In my eyes, there is not a single positive thing about what has happened now.
On the contrary, it has now become deplorable and ugly down towards the roadway.
The view of our property has become completely open.
It is simply bad what the authorities have done.
But now at least all so-called illegality has been cleared out of the way.
The storeroom and stairs will remain there and I or the new owners of the house will have to apply for stairs and a storeroom.
Then we can just say that the crazy people "won" here, and I can move on and have no more encumbrances on me, hallelujah!
Now I have decided to sell the house.
So this will hopefully soon be a closed chapter in my life.
So pray for a good sale and that God guides me further regarding a new place to live!
