During a discussion meeting with Unibuss, we entered into a settlement, which was probably in the best interests of both parties.

I chose to take this final package when I felt bullied by the management.

Had I won in Court, I think they would not have quit?
Therefore, it was probably best for both parties with this deal where I get ½ Million.

The agreement is not something neither I nor Unibuss are 100% happy with?
But now this is history.

I was supposed to get 13 months. salary that was miscalculated

I checked this out and found that the correct amount was higher.
Unibuss thought I should have 36,412.85 in monthly salary.

When I read the salary table, this is too little.

 I read it for NOK 38,369

 As I read it, the difference is 1957 X 13 = 25,411 NOK.

The right amount then on the final package will then be higher for me, something I am glad that Unibuss will now pay what is right.
Not just me, but the whole Fam. Jan Kåre Christensen.

I have a trade certificate, full salary seniority and 4 modules (full score on everything).

The correct amount I will then have is NOK 38,369 X 13: NOK 498,797

Then there is something to take with you, extra money.
I found this out, and I'm glad I got it right, in the end!
