Sent this as a tip to some newspapers now - as our case is so unreasonable, wrong and completely extraordinary as others build at the same time as us and receive exemption for far less conditions than what we get rejected for!
Yes, but our case is probably more ala North Korea and Congo than is usual.
Remember, our differential treatment happens at the same time that others are allowed.
Therefore ours and many things are not completely comparable, although there are similarities, but more inequalities than similarities in my opinion!
After all, this is a very extra ordinal issue as we have been given verbal commitment by the City of Oslo to build. At the same time, others like us are building and in our living area. They get yes while we get no. This is as unreasonable as possible.
Picture of our estate as PBE has given us orders and fines for not tearing. As well as the wall and stairs. Can't understand that this is so bad when others in our tree area can use the land up to 57 times more than us!

Only in the human rights courts does Norway suffer defeat time and time again and there are many cases in line. It is really impossible to relate to public Norway when they choose to sit on the "back legs." Then we need the press, which has time and time again given the authority to change its position. In other words, here is such a big difference. At the same time, they always use the law against us, not for us! In many ways, our case is nothing more than a state and municipal abuse of power and government.
In our case, PBE has done as bad a job as it is possible to do. Yet they are supported by the Civil Ombudsman, the County Governor and the courts. Here it is a camaraderie that is so permeated poorly, rigid and dangerous.
When the case against us is built this way, I do not see that it is right to comply with these requirements that are not based on Norwegian law, nor what I think most people consider to be right and proper.
