It is very helpful to write down prayers and needs.
It helps to concretize and get our wishes in order.
In that way, makes a thing easier for himself and God to work.

1 Cor. 14. 33 God is not a God of disorder, but a God of peace.

Feel free to write down the prayers point by point in the book

Or create a separate Word Document on data.
Or do both.
God loves concrete prayers, and thus He can answer us concretely.
We see throughout God's word that God is concrete, not least Jesus was very concrete.

There is no conclusion on this, but I would encourage the individual to write down point by point.
Preferably "too" many points, rather than too few!

Next, you can write when you received the prayer answer as a thank you topic.
The possibilities are many, so I encourage you to write them down.
Let it not be too much, and not too little.
Preferably with some key words, and with options about what you want God to do both.
Help with and where you yourself fall short.

Also, let yourself get a little personal about it all.
What is important to you, and less important.
Here there is a room for only you and God.
The promises are many, and the possibilities enormous with God and Jesus.

Here are pictures of my newly purchased prayer book

Takes a few words and promises. Spice it up with Bible verses that you feel are your own. There is something about letting the word of God and Christ dwell abundantly among us.
God's word and prayer make a powerful change.
Therefore, be concrete and specific in your prayers and points to God.

Here are some scriptures that you can use so that God will answer.
God wants us to believe him and experience him.
Heb. 11. 6 Without faith it is impossible to please him,* because whoever wants to get close to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. *God

Mark 11. 23 For this truth I say: If anyone says to this mountain: 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea' without the slightest doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says can happen, it will be done for him.
24 Therefore I say: What you need, ask for it in faith, and it will be given to you as a result of it.

Joh.e. 15. 7 If you abide in me, my word will abide in you. Then you can ask for what you want, and it will happen.
8 And it is also to my Father's glory that you bear much fruit, for you are my disciples.
9 For as my Father loves me, so I also love you. Stay in my love.
10 If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I also keep my Father's commandments and remain in his love.

Joh.e. 17. 14 I have given them your word, and the world hates them. For they are not of the world, just as I am not of this world.
15 I do not ask that you take them away from the world, but that you preserve them from the evil one.
16 For they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
17 Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is the truth.
18 As you sent me into the world, so I send them into the world.
19 I sanctify myself, that they also may be sanctified in the truth."

Heb. 4. 14 We have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens — Jesus, the Son of God — let us therefore stand firm in our confession.
15 For we do not have a high priest without the ability to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who is put to the test in every way, just as we will be. And yet he is without sin.
16 So let us approach the throne of grace with boldness that we may receive mercy and find grace and help in due time.

Heb. 10. 19 Therefore, brothers, we have boldness to enter the Holy of Holies by the blood of Jesus.
20 For a new way to life has been inaugurated for us through the veil; that is, by his flesh.
21 We have a great priest over God's house.
22 Let us approach him with a sincere heart, and trusting in our faith have our hearts cleansed of our bad conscience and our bodies washed in pure water.
23 Let us stand firm in the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who gave the promise is faithful.
24 Let us inspire one another and incite to good works in love.
35 Therefore do not throw away your original boldness, for it will be richly rewarded!
36 But it is necessary that you persevere and do God's will to receive the promise.
37 For: 'Yet a little while longer and he will come, and he will come without delay.
38 For the righteous shall live by faith. But if he withdraws, my soul has no pleasure in him.'
39 But we do not withdraw and be annihilated! Because we believe in the salvation of the soul.

The list is getting long, I will only include a few more verses.
You can add verses, the list is almost endless with God's words and promises for us. Especially us Jesus believers.

2 Pet. 1. 3 By his divine power he has given us everything for a life of godliness and correct knowledge of him who called us to his glory and splendor.
4 By this we have received the greatest and most precious promise — that of partaking of the divine nature and of escaping the corruption that comes from the lusts of the world.
5 Precisely because of this, dere let all your doings be governed by your faith with praise and knowledge.
6 Knowledge leads to moderation, moderation leads to endurance and endurance to godliness.
7 The fear of God leads to care for the brothers, and care for the brothers to love.
8 For if you have an abundance of these things, you will neither be inactive nor be unfruitful in your correct knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 John b. 5. 14 You should have this boldness, that if you ask anything according to his will, he will hear you.
15 And if you know that he hears what you pray for, you know that you will have what is in the prayer you pray for.

Joel 2. 25 And I repay you the years when the swarmer ate up everything, and the licker and the scraper and the rodent, my great army, which I sent against you.

Joh.e. 16. 25 On that day you shall not ask me for anything. For this truth I say: Then my Father will give you what you have asked in my name.
26 Up to this time you have not asked for anything in my name. But ask, and you shall receive, and your joy shall be complete.
27 This I have spoken to you in images, but the time is coming when I shall not speak in images, but tell you plainly about my Father.
28 On that day you shall not pray in my name, for I say you shall pray to my Father.
