Nr. 385:
Who is the only true God!
Jesus himself never claimed any time that he was the only true God, on the contrary, he said that only God is good and that the Father had sent him, and he was bigger than him. The more I read, the more absurd, unbiblical and swarm risk being doctrine (the Trinity) in three equal gods in a "super-god" that Trinity is. Biblically it is certainly not. The person who put me on the track of this was Torkild Terkelsen Evangelist who preached against the traditional doctrine of the Trinity first time I heard this was when I was 20 years old in 1984-85. I'm really eternally grateful for that! This is to be challenged in what one believes as do than healthy and secure in their faith, fixed and taken will never lead than further on God's way! But Terkelsen have even gone away from things. Among other things, he also taught at first that if one were baptized into Christ for three titles (as I am) then this baptism was correct and valid, even if not the three titles should have been mentioned. Now, anyone who adheres to his practice have omdåp. That's fine with omdåp, but only for those who see it as appropriate. I am baptized into Christ and raised to walk with Jesus, it is also baptized in Jesus Christ, Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Amen!
Joh. AD 17 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, whom thou hast sent, Jesus Christ.
Is God in the plural form, we find?
Every time I discuss with Trinity then they are always the God we find in the plural form Elohim. But here God is 100% singular form, and then I usually hear profanity on here they ALWAYS answer, HALLELUJAH!
We never meet God the Father in the singular, but in the singular. God the Father is the only one who is from eternity, Jesus has a beginning teacher font. But he is the image and brings us in contact with him that gives us eternal life and we become children of God by and through faith in Him and His work for us!
We meet God in the singular, and in the form mentioned above, we meet several times in scripture. Want to mention them, as we know through what God's word teaches that no one can be compared to God the Father. Not even the Son Jesus Christ. At Trinity believe in three gods in one god, then those of them (Hamsun). It does not teach writing, and when I do not believe in the Trinity either.
Jesus in the desert, God is using here in the same form. God is referred to here as the Monon. It is the same as Jesus used for God the Father and God.
Matt. 4. 10 Then said Jesus unto him, Away from me, Satan! for it is written: The Lord thy God will you worship and him alone shall you serve.
Here we have Jesus saying that it is the only true God alone we should worship and serve.
When the writing is so clear that there is no trinity in the Godhead, but that only God the Father is the only true God. Why learn something against God's word?
It is possible to turn around, I made when I found out that the Trinity does not match what testimony of God's word.
Pride comes Trinity supporters as it is an occult and unbiblical teachings of the Catholic church
Isaiah Kap.52 verses 1-3
Wake up, wake up, Put on thee thy strength, O Zion; Clothe you, to your høitidsskrud, Jerusalem, the holy city! For no uncircumcised or unclean should more come into thee. 2 Shake the dust from thee, Arise, take a seat, Jerusalem! Make yourself away from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion! 3 For thus saith the Lord: For there I was sold, and no money shall be redeemed.
For nearly 1700 years the vast majority of Christendom been lulled into the demonic deception that has its origin in a doctrine of Satan.
1 Tim. 4. 1. Now the Spirit clear words that in the latter times some will fall away from the faith, as they hold themselves to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.
Here's something I picked up from Waiting to very good about this topic:
Who then is God of the Bible?
It's in brackets are my comments. "So it is for us only one God, the Father. By Him are all things, and we for him. And it is (in addition to the only God who is the Father) only one Lord, Jesus Christ. Through him all things, and we by him. (Words and by communicating that the Father created all things through his Son.), 1 Cor. 8:6. The next sentence is Paul writes: "But not everyone has this knowledge," verse 7 The assertion of Paul must surely confirmed.
There are many similar Bible verse, so we can take an example: "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and (in addition to knowing who is the only and true God, they know) him you ("you" draws the words of the man who is the only true God) sent, (which is different from the one true God, namely Jesus Christ :) "Joh. 17:3.
This biblical text, along with a number of others from the New Testament, which conveys the same meaning, are clear in the statement that the Father alone is the one true God! When we then find Bible verses that title, God the Son, we can - because of all the aforementioned principle of interpretation, instantly know that under no circumstances can interpret these other Bible verses so that they come in opinion conflicts with the claim that the one true God indeed is the Father alone.
Then it will be both the natural and necessary to look for biblical evidence that God is also the title given a different meaning than the discussion of the true, 1 Joh. 5:20. The only true God, Jn. 17:3. The Ancient of days, Dan. 7:9.13.22 or God Most High.
Let us look at the verses mentioned some use to support the doctrine of the Trinity
eg Joh. 1:1, Isa. 9:6 and Colossians. 2:9
This is John. 1:1 in the basic text.
From an English source. (The numbers represent Strongs lexicon.)
In (1722) beginning (746) was (2258) the (3588) Word (3056) and (2532) The (3588) Word (3056) was (2258) with (4314) the (3588) Good (2316) And ( 2532) Good (2316) was (2258) the (3588) Word (3056) The same (3778) was (2258) in (1722) beginning (746) with (4314) the (3588) Good (2316)
"In the beginning was the Word (ho logos - Son of God - with the definite article), and (this) word (ie the same Son of God) was with / in God (ton Theon - Father - with the definite article), and the Word (the Son) God (Theos, not God - ton Theon).
| Note the meaning conveyed when the definite article is how it is to be found in the basic text. Note also the meaning when the definite article is omitted, as it is in a number of translations. There is a clear theological distinction in the text between the God (The God) and given the right and power to bear the title of God without being God. Some argue that we can not translate this verse as it reads in the basic text, since it would give Jehovah's Witnesses right. Incredible! The statement conveys the willingness to falsify the Scriptures to avoid a church is entitled to something, even though many of us believe that Jehovah's Witnesses also have some problems with other aspects of his theology, if the Bible is the definitive answer. About a Hindu telling me that water is wet, I think so, but not because it is said by a Hindu. I think it's because it's true.
Truth has then surely yet intrinsic.
Who is God?
The title God is thus given Jesus in several places in the Bible. Examples are: Isa. 9:6. Sal. 45:8. Heb. 1:8 and Jn. 1:1. Let's look at Isaiah. 9:6 "For a child is born, to us a son is given ... His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty (Mighty) God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace" (Isaiah 9:6.) In accordance with all mentioned principle of interpretation, this verse be in full harmony with verses like: "So it is for us only one God - the Father." It represents an attempt to falsify the Word of God, if we ignore the clear biblical statement, to twist another text to have an opinion on the overall biblical context have not.
That the Son of God in truth be called both during and Adviser should be no problem for anyone who knows the gospel. That he is on Father for "the children God has given me," Heb. 2:13, are equally clear. "And when the children were partakers of flesh and blood, he himself also in the same part of it ..", verse 14 We are His children and He is our Father.
Is Christ Really / Mighty? He is certainly far more than the mighty, he is given all power! There he says Himself: "Meg is given all power in heaven and on earth," Matt. 28:18. All power! Omnipotence! The term omnipotence comes from the Greek pantokrator, which is composed of two words pas and kratos, and all power. Father, the Ancient of Days, the highest God gave His Son all power. Who gave it? The only true God, the Father! Make it the Son of the one true God who Papacy and the Trinity claims? No! He can carry all his Father's name, My name is in Him. 2 Mos. See also, Rev. 5
What about the title of God?
The word God is not an identification bearing their own name for the Supreme God or the Ancient of Days. The word Elohim is grammatically a plural set, (Hebrew êlôhîym, word 430 in Strong's.) Word in the Bible is used for both angels, judges, ordinary people, God's Son, and of the one powerful God Father. Some emphasize the word's plural form, and argue that this should be interpreted to mean "three gods in one that does not have three" or "one God who reveals Himself in three hypostases, entities or persons." But as the term is used in Scripture, does not hold this argument. The word is also applied to individuals. In debate with angry Pharisees, Jesus downplays the significance of the word Elohim. He says: "When the law (part of the Old Testament) has named them as the word of God came (ie ordinary people) for the gods - and the Scripture can not be broken, how can you say to Him whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent to the world, 'You blaspheme! because I said, I am the Son of God, "Jn. 10:35.36. Those who argue that èlôhîym makes Jesus to the highest God or that word means both Father, Son, and Spirit together and separately, the only true God, doing the same thinking error that the Pharisees and can therefore benefit from Jesus' correction.
Why restrict Jesus plural word èlôhîym this way? Because he obviously knew that this word is not the name of the only true God, and is a position descriptive title, and means powerful, mighty, very big and authoritative. So does this title also in recognition of the Father's Son, since he by his Father received all power and is powerful. Pharisees misunderstood Jesus' statement about being one with the Father and Jesus had to correct them. They misunderstood in addition the use of the word êlôhîym, and Jesus had to fix that too.
The whole fullness of deity. About Jesus, Paul writes: "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily," Colossians. 2:9. Does it mean that Jesus is therefore the one true God? For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him "Colossians. 1:19. Whose fullness dwelt in Jesus? God the Father fullness. "God is the head of Christ," 1 Cor. 11:3. But it was not only the Son of God the Father gave his fullness dwell. The Bible teaches that when a close relationship with God, all His fullness dwell in us. A Bible text must be interpreted in its context to give the right opinion. None of us is converted to the one true God by the Father's fullness dwells in us. Neither the Son of God. "And that ye may know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God" Eph. 3:19.
Catechisms and religious statements have embraced the Catholic doctrine of the Trinity, and therefore the expressions God, the Eternal Son, and God the eternal Spirit departs from the biblical doctrine of the deity. The counterfeiters in their theology biblical message about who is the true God. Scriptural testimony is that Christ is the Son of God the Father from eternity, and that the Holy Spirit is God, and the Spirit of Christ, as eternal as the Father and the Son. It is not insignificant that the Protestant churches adopt declarations of faith that is both unbiblical and also agree with the most central and fundamental dogma of papal church claims all Catholic doctrine is based. Only Christian movements that accept the Catholic doctrine of the Trinity is today considered orthodox and evangelical in the ecumenical gathering at the future of the world church. Those who do not conform to this requirement are considered sects. Then it will be just as tempting for church leaders to adapt as it was to Israel in Old Testament times and adjust their learning by dogmas of the nations around them. Religion mixture this betrayal resulted in was an abomination to the Lord.
Meg is given all power in heaven and on earth, Jesus said.
"Then cometh the end, when he surrenders the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all power and authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. For everything he has put under his feet. But when he says that everything is subjected to him, then it is clear that he who put all things under Him is excepted. When all things are subjected to him, then shall the Son also himself subdue him who put all things under him, that God may be all in all ", 1st Cor. 15:24-28.
Final Comment: God knows the end from the beginning has given such a clear and coherent testimony about himself that he and no other is the only true God, and he alone has immortality and is the invisible and eternal God. No one, not even his beloved Son Jesus Christ
Joh. AD 17 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, whom thou hast sent, Jesus Christ.
1 Tim. 1. 17 But the eternal King, the immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever! Amen.
Isaiah 44 6 Thus says the Lord, the King and Redeemer of Israel, the LORD Almighty: I am the first and I am the last, besides me there is no God.
Psalm 90 2 Before the mountains were added, and you created the earth and the earth kingdom, even from everlasting to everlasting you are God (this is said never about Jesus when he is not from eternity had a beginning).
Isaiah 45 18 For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens, who is God, who formed the earth and made it, who established it, he created it not to be empty, but formed it inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.
46. 9 Remember the former things of old time, that I am God, and no other, that I am God, and there is none like me, 10 I declare that from the beginning end, and from ancient times it has been no , I'm saying, My counsel shall be accomplished, and all that I want, I do,
